In have been coming here for a little over a year now to see Angel Nim. She always has me leaving fab! I love that I can go from classic ombre to purple! She is the only one who cuts/dyes my hair! **Editing to add Angel Nim no longer works here so my review is no longer relevant to this salon. She is still the best stylist ever though! Hands down!

I can tell you.... I’m literally sittin in the car RIGHT NOW im front of the building Just got done with my pedicure and it’s HORRIBLE, I wish I can show y’all the video. I came maybe 2 months ago, the employee (who no longer works there) was hands down better than the person today. Today, Angel cut my nail to short (crooked I might add.... And STILL CHIPPED), didn’t clean under half of my nails (some didn’t even touch nor trim, no exaggeration). Kept going back and forth from each foot (like she was inexperienced). Just HORRIBLE. You know how you get your feet and they feel Refreshed...?!? After awhile I was just over it and just wanted her to be done. I feel like my 40 was completely wasted! How can I post pics with my post?!?

I got eyelash extensions on Friday morning and by Saturday my left eye was very irritated. My doctor looked at it and removed glue that was gluing part of my eyelid to itself. A lot of my own lashes came out in that spot in order to free my skin. I attempted to call Vanity Salon several times but I just received VM. I wanted to get the lashes removed, as well as remove any lingering glue. I have had to gently massage coconut oil into my lashes in order to remove as much glue and lash as I can over the weekend. My doctor gave me antibiotic drops and cream for my eye. This has been a tremendous waste of time and money as well as the major discomfort. The pillow that I lay on when we did my lashes was very dirty... no towel or anything. The place was shabby and I regret not just leaving.

I went for a massage and it was fantastic! Jess really focuses on healing the body. She’s the best massage therapist I’ve met in the Nashville area, and knows how to apply the right pressure to work out the kinks.

I went in to get my nails done professionally for the first time ever. I had a manicure then tips put on and gel nail polish. $70. The girl was super nice so I gave her a $20 tip. The next day one of the tips popped off. The day after the acrylic polish and all started popping off. By day three they were all off. I am awaiting a phone call from the manager. I feel like I was taken advantage of. I live very near the place, I'm not a tourist that's never coming back. I'm highly upset that I now know I could have gotten a full set of full nails and polish for 25 anywhere else. I still had most of my cuticles. The list goes on. I got them done on Nov 23rd. I tried going back that Sunday but they were closed. I finally got a day off on the 27th, when I went in a lady working said she would contact the manager and have her reach out to me. Still waiting on this phone call and wondering how from the 23rd to the 27th is 10 days even to today the 1st isn't 10 days. Don't waste your money or time here. It's not the place to get your nails done. And they are nonsensical.
