I've been going here for 15 years! Best nail service, shape, design, durability and atmosphere. Alex and his wife are both charming and so friendly. They get to know you so they can provide you with excellent service and the perfect nails for you. Especially for your kids too! My daughter loves going in there and pampered. The prices are just amazing! For what they do and the time they spend they give such good prices it's unbelievable! Love them 💖

I do not like to write these kinds of reviews. My best friend, called USA Nails and Spa yesterday afternoon to see what time they opened today. The man that answered the phone told her at 11:00 a.m.. She lives in Disputanta and drove up there around 30 minutes before the shop was supposed toopen. She waited for over an hour to find out that the shop was not open at 11:00 a.m. Infact, I called twice for her to see why they weren't open yet. Unfortunately, they didn't even answer the phone. This is not good business at all. The price of gas and the drive she took was wasted. In today's economy this is not good. So, I believe that they have lost a good client. My thought is this if you open a business and you say you're going to be open at a certain time, then open at that time. This is not the first time this has occurred at this very shop. I've had family members, that this has happened to as well. I know that there's emergencies, but post or put a message on your phone to your shop saying that you can't open on time.

Don't waste your time going to this shop!! I've been twice at the opening time waited 30 minutes and no one was there. They should have at least 1 once in the shop for opening. It's 5 minutes from my house, but apparently their hours are different from what's on the website!!

5 ⭐... Alex and Christie are the BEST. They are very polite, and they take their time with their customers. They talk, laugh and joke with you the whole time you're there and they make sure you leave happy and satisfied. They are very good at what they do and they make you feel comfortable and feel at home. If you haven't been there you must go. I'll never go anywhere else.. That's my place to go for my pedi and relax and enjoy their company. Alex and Christie thank you, both of you are the best.

Removal. Unfinished because there was not enough manpower which I understand. All i wanted was for the gentleman to tell me the truth that he won’t be able to finish it on time not make me sit and get started with me but not finish it. I’m just disappointed and it looks very dirty.

Waited almost three hours just for a fill in . It was just me and the other person at the station. The tech rather talk for three hours, about random things with the clients at his station, instead of trying to get other customers in. He keeps saying its because his wife NEVER shows up. ITS NOT. He just talks way too much & move rather slowly. You NEED to start taking appointments if you’re going to move that slow and spend three hours on basic pedicures and nail designs without help. 👎🏾
