I really loved this place. The people and the service was great. I got the $40 pedicure with a design on my big toes. Very satisfied with it and all their products smelled so good! My legs *and* feet were nice and smooth when we were done.

I have been coming here for the lat 6 months. I enjoy the environment as well the staff is able to take care of my needs quickly. I usually go for a pedicure and on occasion a gel manicure. Prices aren't ridiculous compare to other salons out there. There isn't ridiculous wait times and I usually get in right away as a walk in.

Angie is my nail tech, my nails are beautiful and stay wonderfully till my next appointment. My husband and I also get great pedicures, my husband's feet are the best they've ever looked.

Did not get the pedicure done because they didn't sanitize the tools they use. They were going to use the same tools they used on the person before me. So don't be fooled by beautiful place if they don't sanitize their stuff you are going to get a n infection or worse hepatitis Be aware.

I set an appointment for three pedicures at 3pm. We arrived at 245 and was not helped until 330, when we got up to leave. The pedicure was rushed through, I asked my nails not to be cut which was ignored and my nails were rounded. This causes ingrown nails for me. I did not have a good experience. Don’t recommend especially if you have plans after.

Went to get a manicure with my friend and they ended up cutting our cuticles to the point they bled, they had to stay after hours due to my baby crying the whole time, the lady was frustrated and it was very obvious, not talkative people but had the patience to stop doing my nails so I could calm down my child, tipped them $20 ONLY because they put up with the crying and stayed after hours but they messed up on our nails with the spotting on the white tip, the unevenness of my nails but they arent embarrassing so thats definitely a plus, when i called before hand to see if they can do the potleaf they said they could then when i showed them the picture they so they said they couldnt but tried to provide stickers, which was thoughtful. On my friends nails she wanted an "R" initial the lady wrote the r backwards and upside down, not coming back, but did try to help make the baby feel better with the candy lol very caring just wouldn't recommend coming with a baby, or for french tips, or letters

First I would like to start by saying it took them 4 hours to do gel paint nails and toes.... I asked for a full set and the guy told me no, my nails are to healthy. Okay but they are MY nails... So I show him the 2 I had cracked on my right hand and he "fixed" it by putting a tip and acrylic on them. So I have 2 nails that are bulky and longer than the rest now! Again not what I wanted. THEN after he files my nails and makes them brittle he has me go sit back in the pedicure chair with freezing cold water! Waited another 30 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was there. Mind you it was me, my sister and ONE other person! And THREE workers. Finally I get back to my nails after my pedi and show her exactly what I want. Was NOTHING like I shower her. Still paid full price for my nails to not even get what I wanted! 43 dollars for GEL COLOR?!!! Now I've had my nails done for 2 days and they are CHIPPIMG already! Never again! Not this place! Very disappointed

First visit to this business after moving to town in May from Denver. Had tried several other businesses with no luck. Kevin at US Nails did a fantastic job on my nails. He listened to what I wanted and was able to execute perfectly. It’s been a week and I e had many compliments and no issues with the nails themselves. The other two nail businesses I went to in Pueblo, I had nail chipping an discoloration after just a few days. I will definitely return to US Nails. Quality work and products. Ombré powder manicure.

I was skeptical bc of the reviews. But he did a great job on my pedicure! Best I've gotten in a long time! Only thing I wish was different is I wish they did the cheese grater and then the pumice

These folks were the best, we had come from Ken Karl in Jefferson Colorado.First I would like to say it was night before Christmas Eve when every Solon and nail place in west pueblo was either closed or booked these folks still gave us an appointment! I wanted to give my wife a gift and daughter a post natal gift , she had one of our 3 grandchildren 2 days before. So we took her boyfriend as a post natal gift for a hair cut which came out great! We had an appointment set for 5:30 with Us Nails Pueblo west and on our way from haircut my daughter and her boyfriend’s car got a flat, so now it’s rounding 6:00 pm and we thought we lost our nail appointment with Us Nails but called and they were very nice even at this stressful time of year! I KNOW RIGHT WOW HUH! So we get to us Nails and they were so friendly my wife had her nails done and daughter had a pedicure GREAT JOB AND UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! WE RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! P.S Prices were unbeatable also, and a very clean facility.Sincerely appreciate From The Durano Family Happy Holidays!
