Last year, I prepaid $1,500 for aesthetic services at Urban You. After my provider left, my experience quickly deteriorated. I was forced to reassign with new providers who I didn't know or trust. When I did, my scheduled treatment was abruptly canceled the day of, despite having been booked weeks in advance. Then, I was once again told to book with yet another unknown provider. Despite repeated inquiries about a refund, I did not receive follow-up from management until I indicated I would need to escalate the matter. When I eventually connected with management, my refund request was met with a dismissive response, particularly from upper management. I was never provided with a written agreement or informed of Urban You's policies at the time of purchase. I trusted the agreement made with the provider who sold me the services, but months later, I was told that these policies were available on their website. As a long-time loyal customer, I am deeply surprised by how my concerns have been handled. The lack of professionalism and customer care is disappointing. The on-site liaison for Urban You has been wonderful, but she is not in a management position—she should be. Her helpfulness only highlights the lack of support and professionalism from higher management. I caution against prepaying for services here based on my experience. Given the lack of responsiveness and professionalism, I suggest exploring other options. As a Northville resident, I think it is important to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. Customer care should always be a priority for any business.

I had such a great experience with Melissa! She is so sweet and an expert in what she does. My Botox treatment was quick & easy, she made sure to talk me through what to do/expect. I love my results and highly recommended Melissa for your medspa needs.

Love this place! they are very friendly, professional, and thorough! I love their rewards program every month.. It's a membership called, loving on me! And I love the discounts and the more affordable prices on skin care and services through this membership! Definitely worth taking a look at. I've been coming here for six years!

Absolutely love my experience with Urban You! I have been wanting to get Botox for a few years now and finally did after a friend referred me to see Melissa at Urban You! She’s amazing! Very personable and very knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone! The office is very trendy and clean and the whole staff is very welcoming & friendly!

Shaye is literally the best for a facial! I had my first today and chose a Glo2 + dermaplaning. Not only was it relaxing, but my skin feels so hydrated, clean, and better than it’s ever felt for mid-January. :) I knew I loved urban you before for my TMJ injections, but this is right up there too!

I have had nothing but great experiences at Urban You! I have done several Coolsculpting sessions with Vanessa at the Knapp location and have no only had amazing results but the interactions with the staff is always amazing! Vanessa is kind and caring as well as exceptionally thorough and communicative; educating every step so that the client is knowledgeable about their treatment and what they can expect during the procedure and results.

I saw Jaclyn at Knapps Corner location and she was so pleasant. Very simple and not pushy at all. She made me feel comfortable and even though I was her last patient, she seemed like she wanted to get to know me rather than being in a rush to get home. I really appreciated her and would highly recommend!
