So, this is my first salon I’ve ever gone to, to get my lashes done. I didn’t realize how many things were wrong with the application process until just recently. I have found this (many times) that 1 extension is placed on up to 4 eyelashes. I had an eyelash that was bothering me and sticking to my bottom lashes and so I picked it. (Obviously I don’t do that all the time but when the times comes you gotta do what you gotta do) It hurt SOOOO bad. I look at it, and it is connected to 4 eyelashes!!! So now…I have a clump missing from my lash line!!!! And it is still red and painful! Not okay!!!

Ive been coming here the past 18 months or so and Kiara has been absolutely amazing. Shes worked with me on my cut and style as a process and not just a cut. And its always a blast sitting in the chair.

Stephanie took plenty of time to listen to what I wanted, and made sure she understood what I was looking for. I love the way my color and style turned out! I also SO appreciate not smelling like a million artificial fragrances for days/ weeks after being there.

I knew I loved this salon the moment I walked through the door, but then it it just kept getting better. I think I just had my favorite experience of 2020. Kiara is a microblading wizard, as well as an exceptionally awesome person to be around and talk with.

Really clean and beautiful atmosphere for a haircut! I got a perm, and the stylist took her time and did a great job. Very friendly as well :) Will definitely be back!

I absolutely LOVE this salon!! Everyone is so nice and inviting! I tell everyone about Urban! My lashes and hair always look AMAZING! They even did hair and makeup for my wedding and the nailed it! I can’t say enough good things about them!

So talented! Everyone is very good at what they do. The salon is very comfortable and welcoming. Fabulous for hair and lashes. The best in town for wedding hair and makeup. I highly recommend them. Great up to date styles, fun, relaxing place to go and be pampered. The owner really cares about everyone that walks through the doors. I gave them a try and now I don't want to go anywhere else!

Urban obsession is my go to for it all!! Heather is an amazing hair stylist and amazing at doing lashes! The salon is ALWAYS in tip top shape and it’s so gorgeous and relaxing inside. Stephanie and Heather are both very professional and always give you exactly what you’re looking for. I have NEVER been disappointed and have been going there for quite awhile now! Definitely recommend to any and everyone♥️♥️

James Clark has done my hair since he moved here from Chicago (about 4 years ago). He is extremely particular when working with color being sure to mix colors to get exactly what you want and always original. His cuts are always fresh up to date. Every time he does my hair, it feels soft and healthy. I would recommend James any day!

Have had my eyelashes done by Kyleigh at least 10 times. Im in love everytime! James completely transformed my hair from a plum color to a beautiful blonde. Cant express what this change has done for me. He'sI Amazing! Stephanie is the the owner she has done my eyelashes before and once again I LOVED them. If you need your hair, lashes, or nails done this is the place to go!!!!

Had an amazing experience with the salon and its staff. Got my hair cut and had a keratin treatment and my hair has never felt this way. Everyone was friendly to me and offered me anything that I needed. Would always go back to this little gem right here in GR!

Kyleigh did an amazing job on my hair! I went out in a limb and decided to go for the "ombre" look. I was extremely pleased with the outcome AND the price tag! The atmosphere is inviting, the staff is friendly, and they have products you can't find anywhere else. Can't recommend this place enough!
