Solid place and solid massage just wouldn’t give it a 5 star review because it didn’t feel like something very special. It was nice and if you want a good massage you can’t go wrong here just don’t think it deserved 5 stars.

I can not say enough good things about Mary and Sith! I don't normally do reviews but felt like this one was a must. I found Urban Oasis on a whim when I was in town for work this February and was able to get in with Sith for a deep tissue massage. Hands down one of the best massages I have ever gotten (and I have had a lot of massages). Fast forward 5 months and I now live in Nashville. I have seen Mary twice for a dermaplaning facial and she is absolutely amazing. Not only are her facials top notch but she is the nicest person I have met so far. I leave with my skin looking fabulous and relaxed and with suggestions from Mary on the town. She has truly made a difference on my transition to Nashville. Book with them ahead of time, they are popular!

It is so great to live right by Urban Oasis! A short walk through Centennial Park to a calm place with great massage therapists, facials, cute gifts, and a welcoming vibe. Sith, Ellen and the team are all seasoned professionals who can help with any ache or pain, or just help you heal and relax.

Really enjoyed the treatments we received. I would highly recommend a facial or one hour massage. It was a little hot in the treatment rooms and the communication prior to our appointments was a little odd. Example: We received a text 25 minutes before our appointments asking us to arrive 30 minutes in advance lol. I would definitely book another service through this spa!

The massage and cupping were fantastic. My only complaint is that due to the location of the reception area it was quite loud at times. The front hall could benefit from noise suppression or a white noise machine. Most of the issue was not due to the staff, but due to rude people speaking far too loudly in common areas of a spa.

I haven’t had me time in YEARS. I booked a deep tissue massage session with April and now I feel like I’m made out of gummy bears. I will definitely be back! It’s very pretty and clean. They also have very nice candles/products. Thanks guys!

Absolutely obsessed with Urban Oasis! Ti’Asia gives the best facials and is so sweet and calming the entire appointment! I’ve gotten three facials with her throughout this year and my skin has never been so smooth and glowy. Thank you Ti’Asia!!!

Had such an amazing experience here this week. My sister and I walked over to the spa from our hotel and arrived super early for our appointments. The staff were really kind and made us comfortable by letting us wait in the spacious room upstairs and offered us water and champagne while we waited. I had booked a 1 hour massage and it was total relaxation. We were treated like gold and I will definitely come back if ever in the area again. Thank you Urban Oasis!

I had the pleasure of taking my partner here in may of this last year for their birthday. What an amazing experience 🤩 it fundamentally changed how I view and experience spas. The atmosphere was so relaxing and the experience was fantastic. We’re from out of town, but you bet we’ll be back when we’re in Tennessee again.

I have to say, I’m quite disappointed- please note the photos posted are not of their current location (all except the one of the front of the building that is) - we arrived for our bombshell package at their front desk at 10:02. Our appointment started at 10. We were not told that there are 2 locations (one of which closed) and the Uber first started going to the wrong location, regardless we were there at 10:02. They had us fill 2 forms to fill out, which should have been emailed to us or even mentioned when we booked to arrive early- this is my first time having services anywhere other than a luxury spa (such as a four seasons) and never had to sit there to fill out 2 sheets of paper anywhere other than a medical office- that wasn’t the point- when I asked, where their locker room was to change into a robe, they mentioned that they did not have a locker room or anywhere to put my purse and I’d have to take it with me- fine (but how is this a day spa then? No relaxation room, no locker room, no steam room, etc). I was led upstairs for my first service in my package which was a 60 minute massage. The room was dark and crampt, with a loud noise of an a/c unit heard in the distance and overly loud spa music playing to try to cover it up- my massage started at 10:22 and ended at 11:08 (5 min on either end of that was adjusting things, etc)- this is the time I looked at the clock before/ after my head went into the pillow- what was supposed to be 60 min was 40 at best, and the massage therapist as nice was she was, I’m not sure was licensed or if so, was new to the industry- I receive massages by weekly and mentioned to her verbally that I had an injury in C3/4 with some compressed discs, and that I would love for her to work on that and underneath my scapula area- I asked for firm pressure and the areas that most massage therapists go after me telling them, was not where she went nor did she have the motion/ deep knowledge to know how to massage the area-about 10 minutes into the massage. A high-pitched screech occurred and she went on like nothing was happening. A few moments later I asked her if she heard that noise and she said yes, it’s the fan and she proceeded to turn it off. When the massage concluded I was led to an upstairs “relaxation” room that looked like a living room (with stained dirty carpet and a dirty mirror) I met my friend, she was offered beverage, and I was offered nothing. I had to walk throughout the house to find my Massage Therapist to ask her if I could have something to drink too- my next service was a facial and was led back downstairs -she was super kind and did a great job for what this was (after the massage I lowered my bar/expectations), but was left without some of the services mentioned in the description and the service lasting less than an hour as stated- lastly, I was led back up the stairs to that living room, where a large metal bowl was waiting for me to put my feet into for the feet soak/Massage- I soaked for about 20 min and because there was only one person to do the service for the both of us, my friend had to sit and wait for me which is probably why the actual services we got were cut short- the scrub portion of mine was about 4 min each leg and the foot/calf massage total was under 10.- active time we were worked on was about 15 min each- We were not offered a warm neck towel and not only were the chairs not comfortable or the area not relaxing, we had a bunch of women walking through the area to go to another room while we were trying to relax. If I didn’t have to prepay ahead I would have walked out, which is disappointing as the woman who booked me on the phone was SO nice and from the reviews (which I learned in this area are extremely inflated)- please save your money and time and go elsewhere. This was not the relaxation we were hoping for on vacation (maybe that’s why when everywhere else was booked This was the only place with availability.) later that night I was in so much back pain I actually had to get another massage to undo the doing :(

I’ve been going to Urban Oasis since I moved here about two years ago. The customer service has always been fantastic. They have also been understanding when I had to cancel my subscription for a bit. Natalie is a fantastic masseuse, and I appreciate that she takes the time to work the areas that I describe.

My bestfriend and I traveled to Nashville for a girls weekend and we were so excited to have a spa day at urban oasis. We both scheduled the bombshell package which included an hour massage, a renewal facial, and a foot soak. Pros: The SERVICE STAFF was absolutely incredible. They all seemed to really be passionate about what they were providing and all of the services were mostly as expected. The massages were incredible, and the Massage beds were comfortable. There were also complimentary mimosas and coffee available. Cons: the waiting area and the service area is all in the same, which made transitioning in robes between services a little uncomfortable. Also the foot soak was a little less than expected- we loved the therapist providing the service but she unfortunately had to provide the service for myself and my friend so it didn’t really feel like a true spa pampering. The chairs were not comfortable and the ratio of foot soaking to foot scrubbing was underwhelming for the cost. The receptionist was not the most friendly when leaving the spa. Lastly the facial was initially very relaxing and felt great- however a couple of hours later my initially clear and healthy skin was rashed and felt almost sunburnt. Overall, would recommend for more of a massage experience and not a spa day.

My husband and I came in for a spa day for my birthday and we had the best time. April and Natalie did our massages, they were great and we are really picky since we travel a lot and usually get massages while traveling and at home. Our facials were good too, so relaxing and really made my skin look fresh afterwards. I feel like I'm still dewy looking a week later! I think we had Grace and Tiasia. We also did the foot soaks and were offered mimosas. The spa is decorated really cute too. Overall it was just a really great and relaxing birthday spa day.

People of Color this is a post to inform that more than likely you will not be warmly welcomed in this space. From reading the reviews and also hearing the experiences of women of color that have been here the customer service LACKS. The energy and hospitality extended to US at the front desk is not relaxing. Services apparently are pleasant and massage therapists are warm and friendly but your start and finish when dealing with the FRONT DESK may be trash. So just a word of caution if you are considering this establishment. Would give less than 1 star if possible.

The CBD facial was such a wonderful, relaxing experience. Mary was so kind, the space was welcoming and I was provided the exact stress-relief I was looking for. Will happily come back!

We had facials and massage and they were Top Notch, the massage beds feel like a warm cloud hugging you , can't wait to go back. Mary knows her faces ours look 1000xs better and feel so good. The champagne was a special touch we loved. Book your appointment today you will not be disappointed
