I’m new in Town, I found Urban Betty on Instagram and I called to get a last minute appointment for blonde balayage. Sarah texted me right back to say she just had a cancellation I could come now! Well the stars were aligned for me, because she is probably THE best colorists I’ve ever been too!! And I’m 55 years old!! She gave me a great cut and style also. The total cost was much less than the last place I tried and I walked out of there with my hair looking just like the picture I showed her!🤗

Sarah really went above and beyond by helping me in a pinch. She was so polite and understanding that I was in a tight timeline. She made time for me and that did not go unnoticed! You can truly tell that she cares and shows attention to detail. Her salon is in a great area and has beautiful natural light pouring in her unit. I can’t recommend her enough! I will certainly be back.

Sarah is the best hair stylist and colorist I have ever experienced and I have gone to a few in the area and no one has compared to her. She is very talented, especially with color, and is also super reasonably priced for her talent. She makes her guests feel comfortable and you can tell she truly cares about her clients.

My hair was in ROUGH shape, and Sarah somehow managed to even out my color (think 1/2 blonde and 1/2 dark brown- and not on purpose, just a bad previous salon experience) and fix my quarantine roots in TWO HOURS. Amazing. Unheard of. My hair looks incredible and Sarah is cool af to hangout with. I moved to Nashville from out west last year and have been searching for my new "hair home," and it's safe to say I found it here!

Sarah was great! I came in with hair that had no shape, but took all her suggestions and left very happy! She was clearly knowledgeable about different types of hair and how to make the cut flatter every unique person - definitely recommend.

I’ve lived all over the world and never have I had such a great experience like this. Sarah is absolutely AMAZING! She knows how to get the blonde I want but also keeps my hair super healthy. Very knowledgeable, patient and kind. She corrected another salons mistake on my long hair in one sitting basically. Great price and relaxing atmosphere. Forever my ONLY stylist from here on out. Definitely recommend 10/10.

Sarah is great! It’s hard to find the right stylist in a new city, and I’m so glad I found her. My new cut and color looks fabulous, and I really enjoyed the ambiance of her private salon on Music Row. It’s gorgeous. Thanks for a great experience Sarah!

Sarah squeezed me in last minute before a weekend in Nashville and gave an amazing cut! Curly hair can be a challenge, but she re-vamped my curls and gave great shape. Definitely recommend.

Sarah was fantastic at doing a color correction on my hair. I had gone to someone who did a very poor job previously. Sarah was very open and honest with me about what was needed to correct my hair but also what was needed in order to keep it healthy. She took a bad looking hair style that I was embarrassed about and made it into something I’m happy to show off, even though it was difficult to fix. She is extremely knowledgeable and I’m very happy I chose her to correct my hair.

The incomparable Sarah is a true artist! I came into her salon having grown tired of my hairstyle, but not really having any ideas of how to fix it. Sarah listened to me and made some suggestions. She gave me a fantastic style change. She worked magic with her scissors to transform my old, dull look into a more youthful and dynamic style. She is simply the best and I cannot give any higher recommendation for her services.

Sarah is such a great stylist! I had been going to several other salons and never could get the color or cut I wanted. Sarah listened and knew exactly how to get the blonde I wanted. She was so knowledgeable that I trusted her to cut my long hair in a short bob and it turned out fantastic. I have gotten so many compliments! Thank you!
