Linda does a great job. I've gone to several places, but I enjoy the friendliness, service and atmosphere at Upscale Nails the best. There aren't strong chemical smells to choke you. I feel valued and always receive a quality pedicure. It's quiet and relaxing. Thank you Upscale Nails for a great experience each time I come in.

I love the aesthetic of the spa! The staff was friendly and the prices were good. They even offered complimentary beverages. I got my brows tinted and waxed and they turned out nice. The only con is that the lash extensions my cousin got started falling out the same day.

This place is such a rip off. The left me soaking my feet for an hour. Then they took about 2 and 1/2 hours just for the manicure and pedicure. They charged me 81 dollars at the store but when I checked my account they charged me 87.48??? This is ridiculous. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to get charged more than what you paid.

I got someone I've never used before and am very disappointed. He didn't remove the polish I had on - assumed it was gel and filed it off. This might have been okay but he used a drill on my natural nail! I had on Nail Tek product easily removed with just acetone. My nail edges on top were not filed down smoothly (index fingers are ragged to touch) and the polish is too thick and drying unevenly. There is even polish around my nail and on cuticle so no edge cleanup was done. I've never had this kind of issue with Kim or another tech. I'm not sure I will be going back.

I liked the people I liked how kind they were but the quality of nails was ok I left w one nail not shaped like the others one that was crooked and my shellac polish wasnt dried all the way so they were sticky

This is my go-to place for self-care. Kim and Linda always take such great care of me. The atmosphere is very relaxing and calming. The pedicure chairs are so amazing.

Nicole and Kim are amazing nail artist! The dip nails last up to a few weeks! Been going to Kim for years! Upscale nails is the best in town very relaxing and love the location because that area!!

This was my first visit and I will definitely be back! It's very clean, quiet and relaxing. Kim did my lashes and it's hands down the best lash extensions I've ever had. She was very thorough and detailed. I'll be going here for pedicures also!

Seriously the BEST. Nancy is my mani and pedi girl, I’ve followed her here from the last salon she was at. But needless to say Upscale is high end and the atmosphere is the best. They know how to keep it low key and not get overcrowded. I appreciate that SO much. They are the best!!
