Great place and great atmosphere! Everybody is super friendly. Kayley is my stylist and my son’s. Always does a great job and makes sure we are happy with our haircuts before we leave. Thank you and keep up the great work! I highly recommend!

Best part was no wait, other than that horrible… I walk in, there’s about 5 stylist laying on the couch scrolling on there phone, it takes a good minute for one to finally get up and help me. She rolls her eyes, and starts to help me, she definitely didn’t want to help me, rushed my cut, throwing her tools around, heavy sighing, didn’t say a single word besides asking how I wanted my cut. Been here before, stylist are usually friendly.

I've been getting my hair cut here for some time now. I don't always get the same person every time and that's ok. But today was different, the girl that cut my hair seemed unsure about what she was doing. She took forever just cutting my bangs and my request was an all over trim. After the bangs she started taking what seemed like odd clumps of hair (not even combing through) here and there and cutting it. My hair is uneven and when she ask what I thought, I said it's ok. She said that she will only charge me for my bangs since she didn't do much to my hair. The little that she did was too much in all the wrong places. 🙄 Please make sure your stylist are fit to cut hair. I've never had any issues till today.

Got seen pretty quickly. The service was amazing! Got my hair done exactly how I wanted. The ladies working were very nice. Definitely will be returning!

1 star rating due to significantly hateful, openly rude, unfriendly, inappropriate staff. With the exception of the person who did my hair (whom I will not name because she shouldn't be associated with a 1 star since she was most definitely a 5 star cosmetologist in a 1 star salon), the other hair stylists were verbally, openly hateful about other customers to the point of all, but the one helping me, hide in what I'm guessing is a break room maybe, then reluctantly resurfacing coming out after many minutes to help new customers and before my eyes give my hairdresser death stares like serial killer vibes *chills*, saying things openly about her to each other in front of customers, belittling, hateful remarks making the other 2 customers, easily read by body language, uncomfortable as well. Since I didn't know if it was just me reading into this, I looked around and quickly realized I was Not the only one who felt this. Hopefully the owner reads this and goes through security footage, actually listening to it. You other stylists and management should be utterly ashamed of themselves. Amazing woman really understanding and and they really do wanna make you look your best so they will ask you a few questions to be sure that they know what you want - update nope they are still just as amazing as always seems like new staff but I went at a different time then usually but still as understanding and helpful as always went in with barely any info and still got exactly what I was wanting

Went in for highlights on my short hair. Came out with zero highlights, my hair is even darker! Very unorganized, don’t know what they’re doing!

I literally asked for half an inch cut and layers and I have no layers and the hairdresser Stephanie ended up cutting off like 5 inches instead. I have usually enjoyed their haircuts but do not go to her, she will end up cutting off half your hair instead of what you asked for. My hair was at my lower back, now it’s my shoulder blades. 🫠 Not a good hairdresser.

Went here last year to get a trim and get my hair thinned. The girl thinned it out too much in the middle so I had to go back the next day and get it fixed. Wasn't going to go back but decided to give it another shot today. Asked for a trim and thinning. One side is shorter than the other so I'll be going back tomorrow to get it fixed and I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK. They don't care enough to take their time and do it right. Go to a local salon that's privately owned like blown away or platinum hair salon.
