"I come in for a gel manicure and pedicure. It has incredibly impressed with the quality of service and attention to detail! My technician, Kayla was friendly, professional, and took the time to ensure my nails were perfectly shaped. The salon itself was clean and relaxing, and I loved the wide selection of polish colors. Totally recommend, they won't disappoint.

I have never had such a horrible experience I will never be back. She started filing my nails and then told me she did not have time to do them so now I have two nails that have already been filed while the rest have been untouched. The new management here is horrible!

Just moved here from Tallahassee and was on the search for a fabulous nail salon and luckily I came across this place. The staff goes above and beyond for their customers and always does a stellar job with their services. Kayla is the owner and is my nail girl and I absolutely love the work she does!

Kayla does such an amazing job with my nails! Love this salon. They’re renovating and the improvements are so pretty! 10/10 would recommend. *Update for the new year* I still frequent this salon. I’ve now had a mani/pedi from both Kayla and Jaidy and they both rock! Very reasonable when disputes arise. I appreciate their work and love the outcome every time!

The new owner Kayla is the absolute best! She got me in, in a hurry and fixed and styles my nails exactly how I wanted them. Everybody is super nice and assertive. I'll definitely be back and will tell all my friends about Ultimate Nails 💅
