2 stars for customer service. I had a 60 min facial scheduled for 5:30 (which the facial was very nice) I gave her a nice tip. But then I realized she ended it (15 min early) at 6:15. When I went to the front desk I mentioned it to the girl there. I figured she would apologize for the difference, but instead she accused me of coming in late for my apt. What??? She proceeded to tell me my apt was at 5:15. I told her No it was 5:30 and I showed her the text from THEM stating 5:30. Plus I got there at least 10 min early and nothing was said then. I filled out the paperwork, waited a couple minutes and they called me back at 5:30. Her responses after I showed her the text was “oh that’s weird” “It’s computer generated.” “Maybe the girl who scheduled you made a mistake.” That’s so weird, well I hope you still liked the facial?” Still No apology!

Chris is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever experienced. Detailed and with just the right amount of pressure every time, working out the knots without being painful.

The massage is the only reason I’m giving this any stars. It was very good but beware if using a Groupon. What they don’t tell you is that there is a one Groupon per masseuse per day limit. Naturally, I did not know and thus scheduled online expecting to use my Groupon. No where on their website or via Groupon’s does it display that information. If there wasn’t a 24-hour cancellation fee, I would have walked out.

A couple Sundays ago, I strained my back lifting. The next day I couldn't even tie my shoes. The day after that was a little better, but for a whole week things weren't really getting better. I decided to get a massage, and had an hour massage with Kristal. I was hoping to just move things along a bit. Throughout the day after the massage, I noticed my pain subsiding, and by evening it was gone! Day two, no pain at all. I've had a lot of massages in the past but I don't remember ever having results like that. Thanks Kristal!

Jenny gave me a really great deep tissue massage. She made sure I was comfortable thoroughout the session. She is a professional in every sense. The person who scheduled my appointment and greeted me upon my arrival was very welcoming. I highly recommend this location.

Jennifer was wonderful. Polite. She worked a lot of pain in my back I didn't even know was there. I haven't had feeling in my left leg in 20 years do to nerve damage and I'm actually starting to get feeling back. I'm ready for another massage!

Aneta did a fantastic job. I went in with a very stiff & aching neck and shoulder. All the stiffness and pain was gone after the deep tissue massage.

Had a 1 hr deep tissue message and it was exactly what I needed. Haven't had a message in over a year so my back and shoulders were extremely knotted up. Kayla was amazing and got out all of my tightness and knots. I feel like a brand new person. Will be going back more frequently.

This has been my second visit I have had an amazing experience with my acne facials. A huge difference in my skin. Skin is smoother, glowing, dark spots disappearing and such a very relaxing 60 minute session. Excited for my third appointment!

I booked a couples massage a month prior to my husbands birthday. I booked our dinner reservations and babysitter around it. Two weeks after booking they called me to say they can no longer do the couples massage and offered two separate rooms at the same time which I wasn’t happy about but I accepted. Now they’ve called me at 9 AM the day of the appointment to say they need to cancel one of them or I can move it to 1 o’clock in the afternoon. I told him I was very disappointed as I planned this a month ago and it’s the second time changing it and now they’re canceling one and it’s for my husband’s birthday. I can’t just move the time as my babysitter and dinner has been planned around this. I will never use this place again and if you’re planning something special I would highly recommend you find somewhere else!

I was greeted with a pleasant smile by the receptionist. Rocko never disappoints. My deep tissue massage was amazing!!! The massage room was clean, smelled fresh and temperature was very comfortable. I've been coming here for years.
