Cyndii has been cutting my hair for about 25 years. Even when I lived in CA for 12 years, I would sometimes hold off on a cut if I knew I was traveling to PA and could have her cut it. She is the best of the best. It speaks volumes to me that some of her staff have been working there as long as I have been going, if not longer. This is a great salon.

I don’t usually write reviews but our experience here was great. The stylist cut my daughters hair exactly how she wanted it and it looks fantastic. My daughter was really excited to try a new style and they made her feel great about it. We couldn’t be happier with our experience there.

I followed Leann from another salon and have brought my whole family here!! She is innovative, trendy, and does great color. She even helped my teen transition to a new style that everyone loved!!! I highly recommend her.

I have been beyond pleased with my hair stylist (Leann Gurnee). I’ve been seeing her for the past 7-8 years and immediately knew when she started working here that I would be a client at her new salon. Leann has done fun and colorful hair colors on me for over five years. She is a very thoughtful and talented hair stylist. She listens to her clients and truly makes them feel heard and makes suggestions on way to enhance their best features. If you haven’t booked a hair session with her, please do so as you won’t be disappointed!

I have been going to Ultimate Image Salon & Spa for years now for all of my haircare needs. Leann is my stylist and she is absolutely amazing! She always is able to accommodate my schedule for when I need a last minute haircut, and she does a professional and wonderful job each time. I even recommended her for my Mom, who also gets her hair dyed and highlighted here as well. The salon is always clean, and everyone here is very kind and professional. I would recommend for anyone looking for a salon!

I love this salon. Always clean and the people are so friendly. Leann is awesome! She’s been cutting my hair for ten years. She’s so friendly. My two kids and my husband see her, too. She’s like a part of our family now. She knows each of us and helps us decide what styles to get. She’s so patient with my teenagers who don’t always have the words to explain what they want. They show her a picture and then she asks all the right questions to get them there. The staff is always so nice, complimenting us after Leann is finished. Can’t say enough good things.

Kelly at Ultimate Image Salon is FANTASTIC! She cuts both my son's hair and my daughter's hair. She is very personable and has a great rapport with both of them. She does an amazing job at both cutting and styling their hair. Her braids are the best I've ever seen anyone do. She has done several up dos for my daughter, and they are absolutely beautiful. She incorporates braids and curls and is extremely creative. My kids love going to Kelly, and I would HIGHLY recommend her.

Kelly is actually amazing! I come in looking like Animal from the Muppets and I leave with my hair gorgeously cut and styled. She gets exactly what you are asking for and copies my reference pictures perfectly. Amazing salon, Erin up front is also excellent!

Leeann is the best! She was a lifesaver after I had gone to another salon and did a fashion color that just would not come out of my hair. My hair was extremely overprocessed and damaged because of this and Leann worked with me for months on fixing it and took me from a very faded purple to a beautiful copper without any further damage to my hair! She will always give you her honest opinion which personally as a client I appreciate! I would give 10 stars to Leann if I could! :)

This salon still asks for a 5star when you leave the salon, they give you a discount when they see you gave them 5 stars. I guess it's kind of a win. But I decided against it because I dont think that's good business practices.

This was my first time coming to this salon. I was recommended by my mom who is also a kind of new customer. I will say this. I have not cut my hair in years and it was past my butt. Today I finally got the courage to chop it. I had the pleasure of getting this wonderful chop by LeAnn. And oh my God hands down this was the best experience I ever had. When she chopped my hair originally she just didn't go chop it again she made sure I was OK with the length that she was going to chop it to next. With that being said some hairdressers take advantage and just do their own thing. She really listened and reassured me with everything she did. I can't thank you enough for this cute and amazing experience. Highly recommend this salon!!!! See you really soon for color next! Never have I ever felt more comfortable in a hair salon before. And this place is it!!!!

I am a fairly new customer to this salon. Patty was recommended to me and I started going there about 6-8 months ago. The salon is beautiful, clean, well staffed with friendly people and comfortable. Patty does an awesome job on my hair and listens to what I want in a haircut and helps me tailor the style I want to my type of hair and texture so it looks great. I highly recommend the salon and Patty.

I have recently switched my hair color from a very light platinum blonde to an auburn tone. My stylist Leann Gurnee did an amazing job with helping me create a new look for myself. She is also doing a great job with helping to repair any damage that was done to my hair from bleaching. I would highly recommend Leann Gurnee to anyone searching for a skilled hair stylist.

I’m 30 years old and I can honestly say as a blonde I’ve always had troubles getting the exact color I want and would have to go back a second time - until I came here to Monica. If you want your hair done right the first time, go to Ultimate Image Salon! They have nothing but the best stylists. I also got my brows done (tint and wax) by Emily and they look amazing! 💕 You Get What You Pay For💕
