I and my son recently visited Ulta beauty and was looking forward to purchasing some of my favorite cosmetic products. However, my experience was marred by the unprofessional behavior of one of the staff members. As someone who values quality products, I often make large purchases. Unfortunately, the salesperson seemed to take issue with this. I was shocked when they accused me of being a "scammer" simply because I was buying a significant amount of items. This was not only uncalled for but also very disrespectful. To make matters worse, the staff member persistently inquired about how much money I had in my purse. This invasion of privacy made me feel extremely uncomfortable and was entirely inappropriate. Shopping should be a pleasant experience, especially in a store that prides itself on customer service. Instead, I felt judged and uncomfortable. It’s disappointing when a store allows such behavior, as it undermines customer trust and satisfaction. I hope Ulta addresses this issue and ensures that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the size of their purchase. I am hesitant to return after this experience, but I hope others do not have to face the same treatment.

I went into this store, and was immediately overwhelmed by the amount of products to choose from. Abbie help me pick out a lotion, a concealer, and a mascara. Her bubbly personality really made this shopping experience pleasant for me instead of overwhelming. She was very sweet and patient with me and answered all of my questions. 10/10

Don't use the salon. Went for a simple blowout. It turned out horrible. I ended up washing it the very next day. Luckily, I didn't have an event. I contacted corporate, which I never do and that resulted in nothing. If only the manager of the salon would have contacted me I wouldn't have had to vent on Google. I learned the hard way so you won't have to.

Me and my friend stopped by because we needed a couple things to prepare for a tradeshow we were attending for work and Mickey was SO amazing. I love her & hope she is there next time I stop in needing help. She’s funny, sweet and SO helpful. My friend and I would not have walked out as confident as we did if it weren’t for her. Every item she recommended is perfect for what we were looking for, zero returns! I actually was contemplating on getting anything at all when I walked in but she answered so many questions I’ve had for years so I needed to take advantage of this opportunity. 😝 Thank you so much Mickey!
