Prices are high and the sales associates aren’t always helpful here but they do have a huge variety of top of the line make up, hair products & fragrances. I recommend doing curbside so you don’t make the mistake and spend too much. Those dead gum coupons always get me.

I did a pick up. The woman was so polite. Seems corporate needs to give more hours for coverage, because I had a very long wait for the second time around.

The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because they tried to help but it didn't work out and the store is usually pretty nice to go into. I scheduled an appointment at the salon today for a signature haircut and color. The original appointment was at 10 am. I came in and their manager met me at the counter to check in saying she just got a call from the employee who was supposed to do my hair and her car was stolen. I was like oh no. Well, can we reschedule? She rescheduled me for 1:30 with another employee. I went home, came back, and that employee had called in sick. Once again, understanding. She asked if I would go to the OB ulta to get my hair done. I said sure and she told me to go ahead and go. I go to the OB ulta and they can't get me in til 4 pm and when they do they would have to break it up due to her having a 5 pm appointment. I just said nevermind and walked away. I understand you can't help if employees call in or anything like that but still. This experience took up my whole day just for me not to be able to really get it done.

My stepdad used my account to purchase Acqua Di Gio Giorgio Armani fragrance on 6/29, and even with it being sealed he brought it home, opened it, and the bottle is literally empty. We have been calling customer service and they keep saying its a store thing, and apparently kept sending emails to get some type of response; today is 7/20 and i finally just got a call back from the manager, who has no care in the world, and when we came in the store she still is refusing to do anything; keeps contradicting herself on whether or not they even sell this product, and then when calling customer service in the store to tell her the same thing theyve been telling me, makes eye contact with her coworker and LAUGHS IN OUR FACE. When i bring this up and ask her if she gets a kick out it, “you’re being disrespectful.” CHECK YOUR FRAGRANCES BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE.

I went in to see and test out Peach & Lilly “Matcha Moisturizer” I was very disappointed. The tester was dug into and rock hard. I asked the “skincare specialist” was it supposed to look like that. She instead it did. I know it wasn’t supposed to look like that from the videos on TikTok and the images advertised. She also had no idea what she was talking about when it came to skincare needs. In my opinion no one at this location really know what the heck they are doing, and it’s the same people who have been there for years. Hire some young people who know what they are doing!!

Jessica Was AMAZING yesterday. She helped me conceal my face tattoos with the perfect concealer and setting spray. She was very informative and took her time showing me how to use the products, what shade to use and to wake up on time to actually get it done which I did today. Many times before when I would go to this location I didn’t get a good experience from employees. This time the cashier was friendly inviting and happy to engage. The two floor associates never interacted with me. One did walk by and greeted the girl Next to me and engaged in a little Small talk with her. I didn’t need any help so I can’t complain on that. The other floor associate we made eye contact few times as I walked by I even gave a small in my opinion friendly smile and she just kinda looked at me with a blank stare 🤷🏻‍♀️This time I visited Ulta I was fully together hair done make up done so maybe I didn’t seem like a customer that needed to be engaged with. I am doing a mini series of how I am treated in public when I am alone fully dressed hair makeup etc and when I have male friend with me vs when I’m regular plain Jane.. It’s more for my education to see maybe how I come off pov perspective because no one believes me until they go in public with me and instantly are shocked at how rude people are. In my opinion I am the friendliest person and if you as the employee engage with me I always return in a good friendly way but I’ll post the link to it later because I have already filmed Ulta in all three locations and it’s an interesting one to watch especially the olive branch location.

Went shopping for some face moisturizer, Jessica was so helpful in guiding me in the right direction and also explaining the product to me . I took my daughter there several days later and again Jessica was very helpful in suggesting products for my daughter.

Went in to get foundation for me and my daughter, after 20 minutes I asked for help because we couldn't decide. The color match specialist took about another 20 minutes to come over to us and you could tell she was completely uninterested in helping us and disappeared the second we turned our back despite saying she would help my daughter find some contour makeup. There were other things about this visit that just made it not a good experience so I'll probably find a different Ulta to go to
