I scheduled an appointment to get my hair washed and styled at six pm. At four p m, a stylist called and left a message. She said the stylist I had scheduled with had called in sick and that she would do my hair at six fifteen. Misty kept me waiting fifteen minutes while she did other things like sanitize equipment. When I asked her when she would get started she became annoyed and called her supervisor to talk to me. So much for getting my hair done before my surgery tomorrow. Misty should not be working with the public. Shame on you Ulta for hiring somebody like her.

went to ulta. all employees were welcome except Briuna. Always coming to this location exited to restock on my makeup, employee Briuna checked me out was very nonchalant with lots of attitude. did not ask if I found everything okay, I will NOT be returning because she made me feel not welcomed.

Don’t waste your time or money at this location. I scheduled a makeup appointment in advance before I had to take family pictures. They called the day of the appointment, 2 hours before, to cancel. They said they would call around to see if other locations had appointments. They never called me back. I had to call 40 minutes before my original appointment time and be placed on hold for 10 minutes only for them to say they couldn’t do anything. I understand things happen but they did not seem eager to correct an error on their end. Very unprofessional. Don’t waste your time.

I just want to share that Ms. Christine did a good job on my make up. She knew what exactly I wanted and how to blend the colors and my make up lasted all day til next day I had to use make-up remover. Ms. Crystal came to the rescue and assisted Ms. Christine with my hair extensions. Ms. Crystal did an awesome job as well. Thank you ladies for making me feel special that day.

The facility itself is 5 stars. However, the sales associates make it a 1 star. Specifically, Ashlyn, if you don't like your job as a sales associate, you should probably ask your management to switch you to the back where you can stock or avoid human interaction. Several times, I caught her rolling her eyes when I was trying to explain the difference between the straightners I wanted to return and exchange. I hope you take the advice I gave you. If you are going to roll eyes at least do it right and / or try to hide it. Or maybe find another job 🙂

The only reason I give this place a 2 is because the store itself didn't look too bad. Went in recently to claim my birthday gift. I shop at Ulta every so often but on this occasion I just went for that purpose because I happened to see the store, so I decided to go claim my gift. The lady that helped me Briuana (name on the receipt) was not friendly, no smile, seemed irritated and like I was wasting her time. She showed me like 8 small/sample items to chose from. Of course I took a few moments (about 1 minute) to see what the items were. It's not my fault Ulta has various items as opposed to Sephora's 3 choices (which are way better than Ulta's gifts btw). And this girl was annoyed and rolling her eyes. I guess she forgets that she applied there, and chose this job in retail/customer service. But the service she provided (and her attitude) was a bad one. I'm just 1 person, so I know companies and employees don't care, but I would rather visit another Ulta location than come back here and spend my money. Don't need a fake apology or response, just give your staff some better customer service training.

Walking into this store it’s always just heavy because you don’t get welcomed in properly. I feel like because I come in dressed like Adam Sandler I’m being judged or watched (thanks thief's who made it hard) no hello 👋 there are hardly anyone on the floor as well to get help you have to go look for them. Also make up never really in stocked. The only reason why I’m giving five stars is for Amanda ! Amanda is so great! So friendly she makes you feel comfortable and takes her time with you and not rushing you. You have questions she answers them she is very patient. Let me tell you her color matching is 100%! Amanda made me feel like I mattered and was heard! I hope she’s there a lot more because she is super precessional. She made me actually feel like a person that matter in a very intimidating moment because finding Makeup is intimidating because there’s so much but she broke it all down. I appreciate her very much so so five stars for Amanda.

This my favorite Ulta store, however I was dissatisfied upon my last visit. More specifically with the cashier Khaila. Once I got to the register, she gave me no type of hello or greeting. She began to talk to her nearby coworker about wanting to go on break. As someone who works in customer service, I always make sure to thank them and tell them to have a great day. Therefore I did so to Khaila, and she didn’t even say thank you or seem to acknowledge what I said. Very unprofessional.

My wife's birthday, mother's day. Ashlan was the name of the woman. She didn't want to be there. Just strait rudness, short answeres to my wife's questions. My wife said she didn't know how to redeem the code so she tried to show the woman her phone and she just went " you want pimple patch or face scrub?" And rolled her eyes. I spoke to the manager about it. I hope she finds a job she likes working.

Got my NARS foundation today one of my go to’s! Also got a cute Morphe palette. Was in search of Ulta black eyeshadow but was told they were out and was then pointed towards the morphe palettes. I found the perfect black shade along with some other cute colors. Love this place everyone’s so nice and helpful! The store was clean! I was in and out. Process was easy!

nervously went to get my hair cut at ulta and was pleasantly surprised! I love the way my hair cut came out and my stylist Keisha was super friendly and listened to exactly what I wanted for my hair. I will definitely come back again & let my friends know. Definitely add on the deep conditioning treatment to your service and tip when you can!
