I came into the store to do a walkin hair appt. The manager saw me and immediately acknowledged me and asked if I needed help. I told him what I wanted and he went and found a stylist for me. He was so nice, warm, and polite. I had a wash and blow out with Sarah and it was literally the best blow out I’ve ever had! My hair looked like a million dollars. Working on day 2 in the Katy rain and it still looks amazing!

I was at this location today and was extremely disappointed with the service I've received. I walked around the perfume section looking for a particular perfume. I circled the area multiple times and no one offered to assist me. There was a gentleman arranging perfume merchandise in the area and another female individual standing by the check out area working on merchandise as well. They both saw me multiple times and didn't offer to assist. What happened to customer service? Absolutely disappointing.

I went to do my hair today/ color, cut and hair dry, i am very happy/ satisfied with the results! Tammy is very professional, she has so much knowledge at what she does! Her attitude and personality are great! I recommend her!!

There’s better service at fast food restaurants, they let people cut in line and don’t acknowledge you if you say anything. Whole checkout was run like a Wendy’s at the airport. Restroom looked like a horror scene lol

Awful place - managers and hairstylists are discriminatory. I was a regular hair client, however I kept getting a new hairstylist who was only 21 with little experience and by the way burned part of my hair off, she did not know what she was doing yet they kept booking me with her so I had to return a couple times to get my hair fixed. That was earlier this year, I returned later this year after someone booked me again and when I showed up, Sarah said it was not showing up in the system for some reason but that I could still wait a few minutes. I waited half an hour only to have the manager call me back to the front and dismiss me because I had too many comebacks from earlier this year. She refused any services and basically kicked me out. I am banned from the salon. Never returning here again.

I recently had a haircut and highlights at Ulta at Bella Terra where I’ve been a client since they opened! My haircut is just horrible longer on one side very chopped in the back color is not close to what he’d done previously which I loved and ask for again! So very disappointed and $300 down the drain🤢 and this is a Master?

I went to this location to try on some concealer. This was my first time going to this location. I was approached immediately offering assistance. Jacqi assisted with Mac products. She assisted me finding the correct color. She was so patient and had an outstanding personality. She took her time with me and explained other products and how to apply correctly. I was so impressed with the outstanding Customer Service! Jacqi is a great asset to the company. I will always go to this store!! Thank you Jacqi!!!!

This Ulta is my least favorite in the area. The staff are not welcoming or helpful at all. A lot of the items show as available online and then I go to the store and they are not. I was literally standing by the Morphe section looking for an item and the associate just kept looking at me like I was invading her space. Emptied my bag, put all items back, and left. I highly recommend the Fulshear and Aliana locations.

I should have known not to come back here when the last stylist burned me, but she had a decent personality so I simply left and went to another location. Unfortunately, Ulta overworks and underpays their stylists so the stylist that I loved at another location quit. I decided to give this location another shot and try another stylist. Not only did Ulta increase their prices and remove services that were once included in their silk press price I was never given notice of the price increase and the removal of blowouts. I booked my hair appointment last night with a stylist named Huyen for 11 am today. Funny thing my phone died last night so I walked into my appointment only to find out that she was there,but someone had moved my appointment ten minutes after I booked it last night without my permission or notifying me. Funny enough for a later time and with the stylist that burned me four times. Imagine how pissed I am, because when confronting the stylist she tried to lie and say her regular had that appointment when in reality no one had the appointment but me. I had and still have text message evidence of time stamped appointment confirmations. I suspect she forgot to book her regular and moved me to another stylist when she saw someone different was coming. All of this literally happened last night and today. The manager looked in the system and the person who made the change wasn't even working last night to change my appointment. So I'm assuming this girl used someone elses login to change her own appointment so her regular could get the spot she forgot to book. Or it could be someone else, but when the manager spoke to her no one wanted to fess up. Highly unethical. And yes I noticed. It's saturday and most places are booked so the manager had me book with their master stylist Faraz. Despite him going through the motions I have never had a quiet hair appointment. He never asked my name, told me his background, asked what style I wanted. He wouldn't speak to me at all outside of trying to upsell me on a deep conditioner, trim my hair, and he even introduced a makeup specialist to me when I DO NOT WEAR MAKEUP. NOR DID I COME TO GET MAKEUP. Instead of trying to upsell for services I DONT want try being friendly and finding out the reason for my visit. I was not happy with the customer service at all. Most boring and uncomfortable appointment of my life. The only thing I asked of him was to use a round brush to blow dry my hair because I have curly natural hair. Of course he IGNORES my request and brags about using a 300 hair dryer with NO ROUND BRUSH. So guess that. At the end my hair looked nice and then 2 hours the same day...Yes right now I'm home and my natural hair has puffed up like a lions mane due to the humidity why?? Because he didn't do my hair how I asked. I don't have white hair. So you have to use a round brush to ensure it's dried at the roots properly otherwise it will puff up later. Had he bothered to talk to me and had listend he would have known that. So now I have to waste my time finding another stylist and redoing my hair at home. I go to Ulta every two weeks to get my hair done so I would have been a regular and I always tip well. This location is lucky I don't call my bank and get my money back! Just Run don't walk away from this location. Fake smiles, shady behavoir from stylists, and poor technique. The 1 star is only for the manager who did her best to get me rescheduled. Unfortunately, this is the worst ulta ive ever been to and I will never return. Not even to buy products. If this location's numbers isn't up to snuff I'd suggest cleaning house. Absolutely embarassing. When did Ulta fall so low.

I went in today to get my eyebrows waxed a lady named summer attended to me . She’s the sweetest person everrrr. Loved how she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and we talked the whole time while she got my eye brows waxed. Summer if you see this review just know u are an amazing person and keeping being good at what you do 💕

Scheduled an appointment with Nadia for a Signature Haircut, had a consultation in the beginning, I told her i wanted to cut it down to below the shoulders, I had hair down to my lower back. We went to wash my hair everything was fine, came back she went straight to cutting, chopped of a major amount and it was already at a LITTLE below the shoulders so I was fine with that I couldn't go back and change it either way. Next she goes to the back and starts cutting more and more off, I didn't realize she wasn't just making sure it was even until she got to the front, then I noticed I was leaving with a bob instead if what I asked for. Not just any bob though, a bob that is uneven and is somehow horrendous in the back. So I called the General Manager the next morning. I couldn't talk to a manager in the moment because I didn't even see how bad it was in the back untik after I left. She said she'd call me back and to email pictures in, so I did. Called back about an hour and a half later she was busy, called back 6 hours later and she isn't in the store anymore. I wouldn't recommend going here for any hair appointments with Nadia, and if you do and she messes up your hair, good luck trying to talk to management.

I've been a customer of Ulta Beauty for many years and seen and met several people and staffs in two locations. There are a handful of good and friendly staffs and non-friendly ones. But of course the good ones are the best! And have no intention of stopping to shop at Ulta.

Love to shop all my girly needs! Too many varieties of make-ups, skin care etc. and some staff members are helpful and some aren't very friendly. The clerks on the register are very nice and greets every customers. The whole store looks very neat and clean. Have a lot of new products and deals. It's always fun to be there and spend my time just to be in the store.
