George is really kind, I’ve only shopped at Ulta twice uh… I like red so the Watermelon wave body wash is what he suggested. The store smells great !

I love going out of my way to shop at this location the staff is always extremely friendly. I always meet a new rep and never once have I had a bad experience. The sales reps are so helpful , friendly and outgoing . I always feel welcomed and as if I met a new friend that day. I had a great experience with a representative there by the name of Zee. She knew my foundation color just by looking at my face and was able to grab any foundation any color and matched it perfectly. I’ve never had that anywhere else I was blown away and she made a couple other recommendations as far as gentle exfoliating solutions and I was so comfortable and confident in what she recommended that I purchased the products. Thanks girls! Knorr was so welcoming when i picked up my orders and during my return. I wish other stores offered this kind of customer service because it’s such a rarity these days.

I was just in yesterday looking for some new skin and hair care - I was completely lost in the store until one of the staff members came by to help. Jill helped me find some things from IGK and Dior - and was very knowledgeable, helpful and personable. I never felt like I was being pushed into buying something and that is hard to come by these days.

Simone (hope name is right) MAC area is really helpful. She went out of her way to find what I was looking for when I thought it would be out of stock. She recommended things and wasn't pushy or make you feel uncomfortable. She was really nice and knowledgable!!!

It’s far from my house almost 9 mi but they are the only Ulta location replied to my call lol They were the only one helped me without being physically in the store , thank you 🙏🏻

I hate to give this place such a low rating due to one person. I think it would behoove ulta management to discuss store gossip. The employee couldn’t wait until I left the store to start gossiping about me to another employee 😂 apparently it’s so crazy to want to purchase practical concealer for everyday wear without having to add color corrector or foundation (I also purchased foundation and I have color corrector I just didn’t want an awful concealer for days I’m in a rush). You’d think I was being rude, sadly nothing to justify the gossip lol I guess she just wanted to feel relevant. On a serious note though I found it unprofessional and I will be wondering whether the next time I seek assistance the employee will be unnecessarily annoyed by me.

My daughter was followed around the store and the employees were very rude. I understand how obnoxious young girls can be in stores like Ulta; however, my daughter was there with her 20 year old sister to purchase two items. She had a coupon for 20% off on her account which she was unable to access in the store and the employee refused to look up her account. When my daughter didn’t have enough to pay for her two items because the employee wouldn’t look up her account to get the coupon, the employee then refused to let her put one item back saying “I’ve already rung it up, you can’t put it back.” My daughter only had enough money because of the coupon so her sister had to give her the money to make her purchase. This is just unacceptable. I understand that tween girls can be a problem but I think its poor customer service to treat people poorly before they have done anything wrong. I shop at Ulta as do my 4 daughters and after this experience we will take our business elsewhere and will make sure to share this horrible treatment with everyone we know.

Walked in today needing assistance with skincare and a makeup routine. Symone was a gem and assisted me with some lightweight foundation and concealer along with a good primer. She also referred me to a skincare specialist (I am so sorry I don’t remember the name, but she wore a pretty head wrap and was gorgeous). Both women were informative and made me feel more confident about starting over in my routines. Thanks so much!

While this ulta is nice in terms of layout. They never have anything in stock. The company advertises these amazing sales yet when you go to get the item they never have it at this location. Better off going to the other ones. Save yourself the disappointment
