Everyone here is rude for no good reason. I try to be nice but then get faced with awful attitude all the time. I don't think this will ever change. I learned to either shop somewhere else online, or just be patient and swallow the insults from the associates in this store.

Whenever we visit this store the cashiers are so rude! They seemed annoyed to be doing their job and are snippy! Not the first time this has happened.

usually i love this ulta, but today i have a very rude worker talk to me after asking a simple question. i am personally in costumer service, and this was a very inappropriate way to talk to anyone let alone a costumer.. it was a shorter dirty blonde middle aged women by the tarte section, did not catch her name.

Absolutely love this place. Staff is always helpful!! I was able to get a new product today, so can't wait to try it out then come back next time!!!!

Ordered online a gift for my grandmother. She was trying to picked up her gift and had a few questions. She was met with a dismissive attitude by an employee, as if she was irritated by her. It's even more so upsetting because I recommended this location thinking she'd be kindly assisted.

This store is very offensive and you should warn people coming here to shop for their loved ones. I still taste the store in my mouth 30 mins after leaving. I only made it 10 steps in the store. I suffer from migraines and was not prepared for this

Very bad service from Ulta whenever I order online they don't check their inventory properly they always cancel the order which makes me very disappointed I never shop at Ulta noblesville location because very bad And has crappy customer service

What I love about this store is that my wonderful stylist, Cory, is here. She does such a good job that people out in the real world have complimented my color and asked for referrals. The staff in the store is also super nice. What I don't like about the store- there's no 'salon feel' there. No designated place for customers to put their purse, for example. And the bathroom- so digusting!!! How is that beauty??

MINIMAL customer service If you're not their target audience ie beautiful, white woman, blue eyed, blonde hair etc. they will not greet you at the door. The "truck people" they have on the sales floor make it very apparent that they have no capacity to help you, just by being hard to talk to.
