Sydney, my Gemini queen, helped me at checkout and was literally the sweetest person!! I came in my pj’s for a heavy restock of makeup and she took me through all the deals and even helped me get my birthday reward! It was so sweet! Will be coming back here all the time just to have someone who knows how to help and loves their job!

Trying to find some perfume but they did not have many testers to smell them. Could not get anyone to help me so went to another store that had testers and found some perfume for Christmas present. I got 10 different ones. TJ Max has some great gifts.

Great, customer service! I asked for helped when need and lady who helped me ( petite with black hair) was a doll! My cashier Sydney is definitely a girls girl, awesome customer service from both!

The curb side pickup spot was not marked so I just went inside to pickup my order. The associate, Lily, was incredibly rude and treated me like an idiot for coming inside to get my order. She then instructed me to ‘in the future’ park in the fire lane, while holding onto my order and making me stand there and she spoke down to me. Huh?? Put signs up…and maybe NOT talk to your customers like they are stupid. I’ll never visit this location again.

Love coming to this ulta. The employees are always very helpful and extremely nice. 5 Stars for the employees. But the reason for the 3 stars is: It’s been extremely hot the past couple of visits. I’ve heard multiple customers complain. The poor employees are sweating in there. They said that they have to put in a request with the company to have the air changed?! These are not good working conditions. Take care of your employees ulta. They shouldn’t be working in a sweat shop.

Spent 30 minutes at that store trying to find needed products and two store associates kept walking by without paying any attention. There were like 3 customers including me. Then I proceeded to the check out. One person at the cash register was serving other costumer, two other store associates just standing behind the counter talking to each other and not paying any attention. They could have at least acknowledged my presence. I would expect a lot better customer service. Pretty frustrating.

Ahlia was fantastic!!! I was so impressed by her customer service, that I plan on making this store my new go to location. The world of makeup can be overwhelming for a lot of us, but when I stopped by the Bellevue Ulta location, the service was so perfect. Ahlia greeted me as soon as I walked in, was so patient, knowledgeable and made my experience so easy and less overwhelming. I was able to not only buy what I was looking for, I was also able to purchase items I didn't come to purchase. I can honestly say her customers service was absolutely perfect for me. I plan on bringing my mother back for a consultation with Noemi at the M.A.C counter because I loved the service I received at this store. Please hire more ladies like this at your stores. It really does make a difference for those of us that honestly just want to look pretty without feeling overwhelmed. Thank you again ladies. I can't wait to bring my mother here for her consultation in May. I know she is in great hands with these ladies. Tiffany Allen

Kayla was absolutely amazing!!!! Very sweet and helpful. She helped my mother and I find some new fragrances. She absolutely knew her stuff. Everyone at the store was welcoming. Out of all the Ulta stores I've been to the Bellevue location is the best!

This Ulta truly has the sweetest employees. I had the pleasure of meeting Danielle today and she helped me with all my problems lol she helped me find supplements for my insomnia, she recommended a great hyaluronic acid that she uses for dry skin, as well as some pimple patches she recommends. I really wish that the employees could receive commission for their level of service. Please acknowledge Danielle for a great job well done. 💕

I wish I was allowed to give this place zero stars. I went to purchase some lipstick and an eyeshadow palette as a small birthday treat to myself, and I was made to feel like a criminal the entire time I was there. A store employee followed me around the store watching my every move. I couldn't even read the product labels without being scrutinized. I thought I was just being paranoid, so I intentionally walked to a completely opposite end of the store and every time I looked up, she was there watching me. I finally looked up and caught her eyes looking away from me to hide that she was watching me so closely. At no time did I see her following and watching any of the other White girls in the store, it was only me, the Black girl she was watching and highly suspicious of. Never mind the fact that my outfit didn't even have any pockets, and my crossbody purse was way too small to fit anything other than my wallet and phone. I make decent money and am on the verge of graduating law school in May and becoming an attorney. Do you really think I want to steal some little $15 eyeshadow palette? I probably make twice as much money as this woman, but I was made to feel like I didn't belong there, like I could not afford anything, and made to feel like the only reason I could have been there was to unlawfully steal stuff. I think this store could benefit from implicit bias training, because if this staff makes racist judgments about young Black women to our faces, I can't imagine what they say about us behind closed doors. Maybe I should have just had my White fiancé escort me around the store to put her at ease. I'm good on giving this place any more of my money.

I had a genuinely excellent experience with Ahlia yesterday! I am an older woman, and because my hair and brows are now silver gray, you can barely see my eyebrows or my eyelashes anymore. I must tinted eyebrow gel and mascara, or my face just disappears. My eyebrows drive me crazy every day, because they're also very thin and it's difficult to make them look natural. At my age, I'm not going for the drama, and I would be very happy if they just looked natural. Ahlia waxed and tinted my brows (and was able to remedy a terrible wax job I just received a week ago), and they have not looked this great in a very long time! I could not be happier. I highly recommend her if you want to have perfect looking eyebrows! Excellent job, Ahlia!

I typically do not leave reviews for anything, especially not bad reviews. However, I was highly disappointed with my experience at this location. When asking for assistance in locating an item (for which they had a tester), I was barked at by the associate and harshly told that the product I was looking for was on the shelf; however, it very clearly was not. I told her it was not there, and she proceeded to stomp over and realize that I was in fact correct. She offered no resolution other than telling me they don't currently have that product in stock. (I went ahead and ordered this product from Amazon because I frankly don't want to support Ulta after such an unsatisfactory experience.) When my shopping companion was ready to check out, she politely informed the cashier that she did not need a bag for her purchase. The cashier proceeded to roll her eyes and make her offense very known. So charming.

Sofia hooked me up with a goth glam birthday beat! It didn't take her long to match my color, and she was just so cool. Everyone in there was great. We shared a great laugh too. It was a 30 minute drive but it's so worth it. If you need your makeup done for a special occasion, or just cause your lazy, lol just go there!

The stealing must be real in this store, with the uniformed security guard and at least one woman who is obviously an undercover security person. Not sure why they both followed me around the store, very uncomfortable. I love going to Ulta to find and try on new makeup and fragrance but this store does not have that welcoming atmosphere. A lot of out of stock products, and the few testing products they have are almost gone so useless anyways. Really disappointed

This is a lovely beauty care and make up chain with many unique products you will not find at CVS or Walgreens. Go in, explore, ask questions - get yourself a nice treat for your beauty regiment.
