Had an appointment for my hair today with Cassie E. She did such an amazing job! Absolutely nothing I would’ve changed about the experience I had. She explained everything she was doing throughly, which even though I sometimes didn’t understand the terms she was using, it gave me comfort that she had a thought out plan, and that the price I was given had a reason to it. The prices Ulta has is very reasonable when it comes to the salon, very helpful for those of us who live paycheck to paycheck and those of us who have to come in for emergencies. Within the span of a year, I had absolutely destroyed my hair by constantly dying it at home. I wanted to change my hair to purple - which I knew would be somewhat difficult to achieve due to my history with the my hair. She did it flawlessly, there is absolutely nothing I would change about any of it and I think I’m going to be sticking with what she did to my hair for years! That says a lot as I am someone who usually changes my hair very often. I’d recommend Cassie to anyone. She is so kind. I can’t wait for my next appointment for a touch up!!

BE CAREFUL OF EXPIRED PRODUCT WHEN SHOPPING AT THIS ULTA!! I am disgusted… I was sold this expired face mask with mold growing in it . When I returned the moldy face mask, the associate never apologized, or offered a simple swap for the same item , instead made me refund and re-ring…. Dead pan million mile stare, lack of empathy , total lack of customer service , and I think this lady’s a manager too. I will continue to make sure my product is checked thoroughly before leaving this Ulta… it you take a look at the package on the right , in comparison, this product was sitting on their shelf for so long , that even the packaging changed!!!! Unbelievable!!!! Do better….

The young lady tried to help me find a color pallet I was looking for but the store didn't have it in stock. The inventory of makeup pallets was very bad and a lot of make up was sold out and the store needs to be restocked .

I just went there for a gift card, but the staff were very helpful and pleasant. They answered my questions without passing judgment. I will return.

i went in, just to browse and decided to get my foundation color-matched. i've always had a hard time finding a good one that doesn't wash me out because i have mostly yellow undertones with a slight pink, and breona was the BEST! she spent so much time helping me find the perfect shade that was within my budget and it matched PERFECTLY!

i love going here because i love the elf products and also they have some fun sanrio items, but it would be nice if the ladies at the counter were more personable when you checkout or return. went in today and i didnt even get a “hello” or “how are you” it was straight away “whats your phone number”. i would understand if the company is all about being fast and efficient, but whenever ive been in there its never busy, but thats not to say it never is. it would just be nice to have more personable staff or better customer service training.

I have worked in beauty retail for years and really appreciate how kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming the staff is at this location. Myla was the main consultant that helped me during my visit yesterday. She really knows her stuff and you could tell she enjoys educating clients on products. I was also ecstatic to see the variety of brands and products this location carries. The store was very clean and the testers were easy to find and try. I just moved into the neighborhood and am glad to live near such a great location, can't wait to go back!

I honestly keep trying to go back I love shopping at Ulta but this location really gets to me I’ve had bad service a few time i ignore it and move on with my day…….. But today was it the lady at the pick up counter didn’t even try to help I got there even said hi just got a smirk, just kept going with her order I asked her if it was and Oder for so and so didn’t even look up just told me No it’s for someone else, IT WAS INDEED MY ORDER!!!!! She looked up and said YOUR PATRICIA with a look…… I got my things and walked away definitely not the first time this has happened to me at this location. I know why don’t I go somewhere else unfortunately one of the items I wanted was only at this location 😏 just be a little nicer to the customers that go in.

I received excellent customer service from an employee, I'm so sad I didn't catch her name, but she was so kind! She helped me find a bronzer in a shade that works for my skin tone as well as a bronzer brush. I also wanna add that having a fellow woc there to help that understands makeup for brown skin made the experience that much better!

I went to get my hair cut-the booming process is a Breeze when you go online, I even rescheduled twice and they gave me no grief. The gal who did my hair was super sweet and flexible. My hair looks and feeling amazing! The prices are always so high, but that usual-I need to try root spray it’s amazing! Learned that from my darling stylist Callee. It wasn’t too loud to talk and was quietly narrated by soft tunes. They even have two comfy seats on the waiting area that have foot rests as well.

This place is terrible. Had an appt for my teenage daughter that has very thick curly hair and is so tangled and matted and was to much for just mom to untangle. The stylist charged 65$ and didn't complete the task and made sure to upset my daughter and sent her home with half of her hair done and the rest unfinished. I will never come here again. Thanks for making a teenage girl more upset and self conscious then before

Wife and I went to get her make up and saw a promotion for Anastasia products where you could get a free gift with it by spending $35+, but when we went to check out, the free gift was not in stores yet. Please make sure promotions are actually available while signs are up.

Returned Redken purple shampoo and conditioner a total of a $50. purchase because it turned my hair purple. I had paid cash so of course I didn’t keep my receipt. They needed all my info such as email name and phone number to see if I was in their system. About five hours after my visit to their store I had an email account and was already receiving “junk” mail. And, they would only offer to give me $7.16 for the $50. return. I wasn’t expecting cash back as I didn’t have a receipt but I feel a store credit should have been issued. Last time I’ll use an Ulta beauty store. The setting up an email account for me was fraud as far as I’m concerned.
