Molly was rude and changed a hair apppointment. The comment from the manager was “Ulta may not be the salon for me”. Rude. Insulting. Haircuts are poor and over priced. Go elsewhere where.

The salon is next level awesome. My expert stylist taught me so much about my hair and how to achieve my goals with it. She was kind, funny, and made my experience very enjoyable. If I could give 10 stars instead of 5 I would.

Do not go to this place to get your hair done!!!! They will waste your time they do not care about their customers and it’s a joke to them when you try to book an appointment and uneducated person trying to book an appointment for some thing they want speaking to an educated stylist who can’t properly play on her time schedule to make sure she can make her customers happy before they leave. I booked a multicolor to try to get a red to blonde ombre I have a full blonde hair right now but because I have a little bit of root growth she said it would take so many extra steps to get what I want so I said do those extra steps trying to also find an alternative hairstyle because she doesn’t have enough time to get my hair done so now she can’t even touch up my roots and at least get my hair back to completely all blonde with no roots showing because she doesn’t have enough time for that either so all she had time for was to tell me what she doesn’t have time for and the fact that she couldn’t even get done what I originally booked the appointment for any amount of time she booked for me so she never actually intended to do my hair ever just waste my time make me take a day off of work and then make me leave unsatisfied without anything and no compensation for my time. Alter themselves could’ve offered a free gift they give them out all the time a little travel size something here we’re sorry for wasting your time we’re sorry you’re leaving upset maybe this travel size gift could help you out And make you feel better. I will never ever ever shop here or attempt to get my hair done. And I will advocate that none of my friends or relatives or anybody I know ever comes to this place and whenever they ask me where they should go to get their hair done I will never say this place ever

I went in to get my hair done. Made an appointment based off of the current state of my hair and the stylist booked me for two hours. I then get there only to have the stylist to tell me she can’t execute a SINGLE hairstyle within two hours when I know that’s a lie. I had to call out of work and miss $200 worth of work . I called and tried to figure out the issue and they said there’s nothing they can do. Didn’t even offer a consultation or my birthday gift . DONT GO HERE WHATSOEVER

I will make 1 million Google accounts to get my point across this place is a joke they were better off spitting in my face that’s how I feel when I left and then to mention to them that it’s my birthday week and they didn’t even offer me my birthday gift so now I have to go to a different Ulta to receive my birthday gift !!!!

I will never shop here for product or attempt to get my hair done again. My time is valueless to these people. I took a day off of work to get my hair changed. I called I expressed what my hair looked like at the time they booked a proper appointment. The lady did not book any extra time or anything just in case you needed extra time. So now I took a day off of work to not get anything done. I left without having my hair changed in any type of way and I now have to take another day off work to go to another salon somewhere else
