Ashley is Amazing. She stayed with me the whole time to make sure I got exactly what I needed and her color match was absolutely spot on. Plus it only took her a few minutes to get perfectly!! Loving my products!

I went to Ulta looking for a particular lip stain and while I was looking , 2 people asked me if I worked there because they were having a hard time finding what they needed as well. I couldn’t find anyone to help me either so I went to the front to ask the cashier. She said there were multiple places that could be, but she directed me to one place to start to look so when the product wasn’t where she said it was, I went to the other side of the store where she indicated it might be as well. Since I didn’t know exactly where to look, I went to the counter in the back and I see at least three employees just standing there talking and I asked them about this particular product and they said it was gonna be in the “tools“ and an older employee was walking by and told me that she would take me to it. She did and the product was sold out, but my frustration is that It took me About 20 minutes looking for this product and no employees were helping anybody and when I do find some employees, they are younger, they weren’t as much help and the only assistance I got was from one employee who had just happened to hear me asking about it. The whole experience was daunting and frustrating.

I won't be going back at this location, I needed help with finding a particular brand no one greeted me or even asked me if I needed help. Except for the cashier up front ,the associates there seem to only cater to their color of their skin . Didn't feel welcome at all.

I just need to say that I am terrible when it comes to figuring out the kind of scent that I’m looking for when it comes to a date. I’m very much a scent matches the season girly and Miss Kat just seemed to be so on top of it!! She was quick to ask if I needed help when I was struggling to choose a fragrance and provided different perfumes for me to test with those test strip thingies. We ultimately landed on the Devotion scent by Dolce and Gabanna and when I tell you I fell in love with that scent. I will definitely be coming back to buy again when winter hits 😁

Booked 2 hair cut appointments back to back. I had very high hopes for an Ulta salon and the young lady working on my younger sisters hair. We showed her inspo pictures and it came out NOTHING like we asked. We asked for layers and she chopped straight across and zero butterfly layers. Paid $48 x 2, just for both to come out the exact same in different lengths. Not to mention it took almost 5 hours for a chop. Wont be booking again.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Ulta (store 415) in Longview Tx on February 4, 2024. An associate name Britney was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the products I inquired about. She was also very friendly and made me feel like I was the only customer in the store. Thank you Britney!!!

I wish I could give more stars, because I love Ulta, but I was disappointed after shopping here. They were out of my shade in almost every prestigue brand they carry.

I had Madison do my brow lamination and they’re still slaying the game 3 weeks later! I loved my experience while I was in her chair! Definitely would recommend booking with her!

I like the selection that Ulta offers but I get really tired of the register workers trying to force me to give my phone number at checkout. When I decline they tell me that I won't be able to return anything. After still declining (because I know this is actually not their policy) I am almost always treated rudely. Not sure what Ulta is doing to their employees that makes them take it so personally when I won't provide my number. It's for this reason that I only shop at Ulta when I need something specific. Otherwise, I avoid it. I would probably spend a lot more money there if they didn't hassle me every time I bought lip gloss.

I was nervous booking a hair appt here at first…I’m not the ‘social butterfly’…but my experience from booking my appointment online with absolutely no issues, getting an appt and in the chair within 1 hour and then getting the privilege of having such an amazing hair makeover afternoon was beyond 5 stars! Y’all rock! 🤘

I was not allowed to make purchase at the Longview location without giving my phone number. When I told the associate that I didn’t want to give a phone number I was told that it was required in case I “had an allergic reaction.” This seems like an odd policy. I politely declined and will make my purchase elsewhere.

Went in to have my roots done to match my GOLDEN BLONDE hair, specifically saying NO ASH whatsoever. Turn around in my seat and my hair is almost gray with ash color and looked like straw. Got the manager and they just said they could fix it or put me with another stylist. Told them no one else from there would be touching my hair. All that was done was giving me a “1st time” discount. I was still made to pay $113 and my hair was coming out in clumps the next day. I spend quite a bit of money in there, and I will no longer set foot in that place. Avoid at all costs unless you want your hair falling out.

Went to this location for the first time this past week and was NOT impressed with the Management. They are very rude and act like what you're talking about is not worth their precious time. If I knew how to make a complaint to corporate I would. Customer Service should be a friendly experience, it was not. The workers were very nice and helpful. If you want help with ANYTHING go to the ladies on the sales floor, NOT Management. They have no clue what they're talking about.
