I love how big this beauty store is. They have so many different brands and items I've never even heard off. My daughter had a good time in the store. It was organized well and was clean. A plus was that they had a bathroom in the store.

The saving grace to this location is how nice the girls are at the front counter. Every time I go in, they seem to be out of something or the store is messy. Today I was looking to buy a high end liner, and a girl approached me when I asked her if a certain brand was in stock she said no, it’s been popular and walked away. I would’ve been happy to have the help looking for something similar but she didn’t even offer. Manager could be heard on the floor getting onto employees for little things on a busy Saturday.

Check your receipts! They will slip things into your purchase and if you aren’t careful you will pay dearly! I guess partly my fault for not checking my receipt until I got home. The cashier slipped a Clinique product into my purchase. I live an hour and 20 min away from this ulta and it is the closest one to me. I drove all the way down there and bought what I needed. Was using gift cards so I was fumbling with those because they are THE MOST DIFFICULT retailer to use gift card at and didn’t pay attention to my total. Like others have commented, the cashier told me I got a free gift and she looked in the cabinet and was like we are out! Of course you are! So, I get home and empty my bag to find a Clinique face product in there I did not buy. I do not wear or buy Clinique anything. I call and speak to the store manager that told me I had to drive back to get a refund and that she couldn’t help me, I told her that wasn’t fair, I didn’t make this error and I was the one that had to pay..l to the tune of $46! Yes, I should have noticed that but I bought a lot of stuff and was messing around with my gift cards. She proceeded to ask me if I was human and if I make mistakes. Of course I do! But, I fix them and own up to them. She refused to fix this error. She even told me well, they keep those Clinique products at the registers. I have filed a complaint with the corporate office. The video cameras can be checked…. I did NOT put this product on the counter. I will no longer shop at Ulta in any capacity.

I have loved shopping here for years! Online as well as in stores. I have bought many different products from here over the years that I've enjoyed. I have discovered many new products that I have fallen in love with.

Every time I go they are OUT of the gifts. If you're Out of the gifts for purchase then take all the signs down that suck you into purchase!!

For all of your beauty and skin care needs. It's like a one stop shop. Including a brow bar and color stations . Could get very pricey tho. But all in all great place to shop any brand of cosmetics that you can think of.

I was in town for family get away and had to stop into this location twice. Both times I had great customer care from 3 different employees. I was looking for MVP lipstick from fenty which was out of stock but the young lady helped me find another lipstick with the same shade. I had a better experience in this location then I did in my own town.

A tad disappointed - how does a store run out of special gifts for their members? Shouldn't they have an estimate of their members in their area to have the correct amount each month?

I came in looking for makeup and a girl helped me but I couldn’t believe what I witnessed. The girls there are using makeup brushes on people and it’s the same brushes. They aren’t different for each person. They use the same ones on everyone. That is not sanitary at all.

I went today and I needed to get something on sale and then I saw a sign around the Philosophy stuff and it said when you buy 2 Philosophy skincare items you get a free gift and so I did and I got a few other little things and when I checked out I told the cashier and she wasn't sure what I was talking about and she looked behind her in a cabinet to find the free gift and she couldn't find it and ignored me about the free gift. So she told me I total and I said what about my free gift and the cashier said, she couldn't go see the sign and she had a line of people to check out and she couldn't leave her register and she couldn't find other workers to help me get the free gift. I got mad and just left with the items she already got me to pay for. So I guess I'll never get my free item!!

The store is horribly laid out, especially the checkout area. As someone with an infant, I can't shop here due to not being able to fit a stroller through checkout.

Went in the other day and I need help and it was so busy and I need to update my make up the young lady Miriam helped me very sweet took her time with me between other guest next time definitely going back for her
