Cashier Christina was extremely rude & impatient with me, didn’t even look me in the eyes or acknowledge me. I should’ve read all the negative reviews before coming but now I know not to come back here, everyone else on the floor was so sweet but when I got up to pay it was like pulling teeth, trying to talk to her to with a pretentious attitude

Had an employee named Ximena and some guy named Vinny “help” me; they weren’t very accommodating at all. “Vinny” was very rude and disrespectful. I will be calling corporate about this type of behavior.

Ordered a product online and it's supposed to be ready within 2 hours. I show up at 2 hour mark and they're barely trying to look for it... I ordered online for convenience and intended to pick up Curbside but I had to go in to inquire an still had to wait. At this point I still dont know if they'll have it :/

Some staff are so rude if they are not happy working on Sundays Clock out n leave ‼️‼️‼️ there was a young girl early 18 or so doing curbside order she had the scanner and my daughter found a hello kitty hydrating mask. She just wanted to know the price so my daughter ask the girl to scan item for price , the staff yanked the item off my daughter hand… Im no Karen so I stay calm … BUT I WAS SOOOO Mad 😡😡😡😡😡😡 we drove ourselves all the way from Donna to Harlingen just to get that service 😡😡😡😡😡I hope the finish Donna new location fast

Too chaotic and crowded. Messy inventory. No one around to help. The hair color I got didn't take at all. Tried it twice.

I live in Brownsville and let me tell YOU! Sometimes burning gas to get over there is much better. I forget her name but she was so well informed with skin care game. Even in makeup I was recommended with items I listed that I wanted they are very well informed which I love and appreciate!

I love it here, every time I get paid I come to Ulta lol but I just wish it was a bit more organized, and for staff to be around when needed.

Love the variety of hair colors. They carry tubing mascara (Tarte) which is great. Always stocked with produce.

P.j is a 5 star makeup artist that needs a raise he helped me and my mom pick the right Mac foundation, setting spray,moisturizer, and bronzer, also a pretty girl name Angela was awesome definitely recommend this Ulta!!!

I was just reading ULTA reviews on their website, and Ulta states that by entering the phone number linked with the rewards, customers can get one free sample a week -NOT!!! I have been Ulta Customer for way over 10 years, spending $900 to $1000. a year on their beauty and hair services, and never have I gotten one small sample. I do not feel that Ulta truly appreciates their long time or short term customers, and if they intend on keeping their long time customer base,those employees need more advanced customer service training!

Did not like the service. Staff has always been nice but today I had to work with the manager and he had an ugly attitude. He was speaking rudely to the girl that requested his assistance and I felt bad. I didn’t know if it was me that got him upset since I needed to exchange something or the cashier trying to explain him the situation but he was not even trying to understand. Besides who can think straight when you are rolling your eyes and talking ugly. But either way he was not doing anything out of his job duties I don’t understand why the bad attitude. And if you see this you look stuck up work on your manners and way of speaking to your employees and customers. I myself am a supervisor and seems it’s not the job you like sir.
