I want to personally have a shout out to the Ulta Beautiys, that I frequently shop at. One is on Alpine Avenue in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and the other on the East Beltline in Grand Rapids Michigan. I have seen a 100% turn around in the way that Ulta has been serving their customers. They are knowledgeable about the products they are selling, they are very inviting when you walk in the door and they’re not just trying to sell a product. They are actually helping you find something that you will be able to use to better your hair, your skin or your nails. Also, thank you to Allison who serviced me at the East Beltline location and her manager, Jen, who did a remarkable job of customer service. They were both inviting and welcoming. Great job ladies. I plan on enjoying a very long and happy shopping experience at Ulta Beauty.

I don’t usually write reviews but I came in today with a specific product i wanted to get. The woman at the front was helpful when asking where I could find the product. However, what I wanted was located near the salon in the back, where the salon employees were sitting in the salon chairs, whispering to each other and definitely not doing their job. It was off putting and made me leave immediately.

I just wanted to pop in to say that I usually visit the Alpine location, but happen to stop in to the East Beltline one yesterday and was blown away by the customer service there. The greeters were so sweet and offered their help immediately, whereas at Alpine I’m usually scouring that store to find an employee and when I do, they are very unenthusiastic to assist me. The girl that checked me out was very welcoming and had the nicest compliment to share. And as I listened while waiting in line, the other cashiers were equally as friendly to whomever they were helping. I’ll most likely make a point to go to East Beltline now instead when I need to make an Ulta trip. Good work ladies!

to say that Christian does my hair!! I went to a party and all the ladies made such a fuss about my hair!! The loved the cut, they were touching it and everything. I had to tell them to stop as the party was for my daughter! I just had to tell you about it! I have 8 sister-in-laws, now they want to know about Christian!!!

Luna is absolutely amazing! I have a hard time with decision making with my hair, but Luna worked with my ideas and I'm in love with the work she has done for perfection. I highly recommend her! Very personal with a lot of love doing what she does best. 🥰🥰

Luna was wonderful! She tinted gray hair extensions to match my natural hair color instead of matching hair color to color of extentions.

I recently visited Ulta and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The store was incredibly clean and well-organized, making it a pleasure to shop in. Anneliese was fantastic—she helped me find exactly what I was looking for and was very knowledgeable about the products. She also waxed my brows, and they have never looked better. Highly recommend this location for both the excellent service and the great atmosphere!

Visited this store, it was a very clean and professional environment.. had a brow trim done with a tint by Anneliese. She was super friendly and professional, I loved the services.. she is AMAZING! I will most definitely be coming back because of her!

Luna helped me make a huge change in style! For years I kept my hair long just out of familiarity but with the heat I needed a change. With it being such a big I was pretty nervous but Luna helped reassure me and accomodate any concerns I had. I feel like a new man and have regained soem lost confidence! 10/10 would reccomend!

If you want your hair done, I definitely recommend going to Christian. He does an amazing job every single time I go, He makes me feel comfortable in the chair every single time I go. I leave with a smile on my face all the time! He just does such a good job that I don’t want to switch to anyone else I’m definitely going to schedule another appointment soon!! :)

A wonderful experience it has been shopping here! There are so many incredible beauticians and sales associates it’s hard to name favorites; all in which have provided exceptional services, care and recommendations. I went there and bought an expensive perfume. I showed them the exact one and they gave it to me. Only to find out later, it was the wrong one. I drove back to exchange for the right one, and there was no remorse or apology from the lady for the inconvenience. Bad costumer service.

The staff is always amazingly helpful but 3 starts because the store is so cramped! It is not wheelchair or stroller friendly. The front door doesn’t even have a button to push to open for a wheelchair. Plus, there is no where at all to sit for those who need a break! I had to leave the store sooner than I’d like because of these factors. I will be back to shop but I wish it was easier!

I loved going here, the staff especially Ava and Lily were super helpful. I don’t know a lot about skin care but Ava suggested some amazing shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Lily showed me some nice beard oil as well. 10/10.
