I get the sense that dudes are not wanted there. Stopped in a couple hours ago to get my wife a gift card. Never been in an Ultra. Walked up to a counter in the middle of the floor because it looked like a checkout area. The blonde gal behind the counter shot me an unpleasant sneer and asked, "can I help you?" with a tone that screamed "what are you doing here?" The whole exchange reeked of sexism. I'll give it a 2 because the gal that finally did ring me up was respectful.

Tevin cut and colored my hair and did an amazing job. Asked lots of questions up front to make sure he knew what I wanted, and then styled it beautifully too. I highly recommend Tevin for great cut and/or color. Also a very positive, genuinely kind person-so just a great experience all around!

Ordered online for store pickup. Order placed about 6:30pm. Notified order was ready at about 8:20pm. I was able to pick up the items before 9pm closing. It was wonderful. Even at that close to end of day, employees were helpful, friendly, and happy to assist me. I appreciated that.

Gross. Absolutely the worst customer service I personally have ever came across. Can a customer get a Hi! Or Can I help you? Anything? Actually, instead you will receive a dirty look, uncomfortableness & no customer service. It’s unfortunate a new establishment is already failing in the customer service department. I had a wonderful experience at the Benefit Brow Bar with Jess. I really enjoyed the complimentary eye mask that I got with my service. She is so friendly and helpful, was able to answer all my many questions and shape and how to style.

I was helped by an employee named Amy. Although she was smiling, she was very rude when it came to helping me in hair care. I told her my budget for a full size product was from $15 - $20, she suggested something in Living Proof that was travel size and said I should really think about what I put in my hair and laughed when I asked about Kirsten Ess.

If I could leave 0 stars I would . My sister and I went looking and right away there was an employee but no smile or how can we help you? Just a dirty looks . So we continued looking and picked up a good number of items and while continuing to walk around and look we saw multiple employees they all just stared rudely or walked by without even trying to say excuse. I had my hair done at the Ulta in Cottage Grove,MN by Megan. The last person(not at Ulta) who did my hair dyed my dark after I had worked to get platinum. Megan did a fantastic job getting me blonde again(platinum will come in time), she was efficient, gave me the color and cut I wanted. She was amazing!!! 10/10 would recommend!!! Below is a before and after. The lighting doesn’t do the blonde justice, but trust me when I say it’s beautiful.

I love this new store so much. Michaelah and Megan were so helpful in find me new hair products. Megan also touched up my blonde and it was one of the best hair services I’ve had at an Ulta. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I was in the store for a while and it was 30 mons before any of the many employees even said anything to me. There was only 2 other shoppers in the store. While checking out they payed no attention to me or the woman in front of me and instead were talking amongst themselves about splitting the bill for lunch. Terrible customer service, store was pretty clean but not the most organized.
