The Brow Bar with Kinsey is top tier! My brows have never looked better! She maps out your brows and discusses everything before hand. She is just the most precious person ever! 100/10 Recommend

I booked a hair and make up appointment with Tessa and I left the salon feeling absolutely beautiful. She did the dang thing and I will highly recommend her to anyone. She gave a very welcoming environment and nothing felt awkward or uncomfortable. The experience was absolutely amazing. Most definitely will be coming back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in today and was at the register waiting and waiting while four girls stood there chatting and completely ignoring guest. Very rude and distasteful. The one woman who is supposedly a manager (can remember name but tall lanky blonde with slick appearing hair) just stood there staring at me as i waited and waited for a receipt and change that was never given to me. It wasn’t much so i just walked out and decided to cut my losses after dealing with everyone’s terrible attitude.

Every visit to this store over the past two years for me has been very poor customer service. It is the only Ulta in town so I’m still gonna come! I don’t ever give up my phone number at checkout, and the staff ALWAYS get upset about that. They used to threaten me that I could never make a return unless I gave them my phone number. I’d say ok. But that is not true. This last visit they didn’t make that threat , so that was good. . This time, the girl at the cash register stop speaking to me after I wouldn’t give her my phone number never looked at me again during the transaction and tossed the bag on the counter and turned away. There was no “Thank you for coming, please come again “ or anything. I would love to never have to shop at the store again, but I would have to go to Chattanooga and I’m not quite ready to do that yet . Anyways, just know that the customer service is typically lacking here.

Will not be returning to this location. Staff was too busy talking with each other instead of asking if you need help. They also looked at me coming toward them, made eye contact and walked the other way. I wanted to get a color match and a great foundation and other facial products. After a half hour I gave up and walked out. I am going to find a place that is willing to help. A lot of staff for a store unwilling to help. This was posted 15 minutes after I left the store.

I had a great experience at the salon. Tessa did a great job fully foiling my hair. She paid attention to detail and didn't rush through the process. My hair doesn't even feel like it's been bleached at all, still feels healthy and strong. I appreciated that she called me and let me know that a full foil would take longer than the 2.5 hours listed and I was able to come in an hour earlier to get it started.

I’m a tad late on posting my review, but here it goes! This past Thursday was my first time using their salon services. I booked my appointment ahead of time with Gracie. Gracie, I adore you and I’m so very pleased with your work! I went back yesterday to have her cut my daughter’s hair to match mine. She was so good with my kiddo too. I didn’t catch the other stylists names, however they are so sweet and full of personality too. This place is very friendly, and I’m more than happy to call it home for all my salon needs. I really like the ease in which appointments can be booked online too. It ensures you are reminded of your appointment so you don’t miss it. These gals deserve recognition for how awesome they are! I’ll see you soon ladies thank you again for simply being you!

Tamara just saved me. In from out of town, and I don’t dress up, or wear/buy much makeup. I just wanted to look nice for my nephew’s wedding-and was flying blind in gardening overalls. She took such great care of me, and helped me actually like what I saw in the mirror. The relief was immediate. And no pressure- I bought what I couldn’t resist and will go back to get the rest of what she used that day. Going to make a hair appointment before I leave- Cleveland’s lucky.

I expect experienced, professional hairdressers when I make an appointment to spend over 200 dollars on my hair. Instead I got a 19 year old little girl who took twice as long as she should have and still didn't give me the color I asked for. I was there for 6 and a half hours!! She never offered me food or drink in 6 hours. Her coworkers offered drinks but she didn't.she never even put me under a dryer when my foils were all in. She acted too afraid of heat and damage. I'm very disappointed that I didn't get what I clearly asked for and overpaid for. I expected a step above at ulta. Instead I got a step below for twice the price. There should be a requirement of 5 years of previous experience to work as a hairdresser at Ulta. Not a 19 year old little girl straight out of high-school cosmetology class.

Chloe with Benefit Cosmetics did a great job with my lamination and shaping of my eyebrows. I was so happy with the results and her customer service and personality was great. I highly recommend her and will definitely be returning to maintain the results. She was very informative and attentive to the details. Thank you again Chloe!! I would also like to thank you for taking time to call and follow up with me to make sure I wasn’t having any problems. Definitely a 5 star + experience.

She did a fantastic job and I haven’t gotten my eyebrows done in years because I had a very bad experience at another place, but she eased all my anxiety and really did an amazing job I could stop looking at them in my car mirror and also when I got home

Stacy is my hairstylist and OH MY GOODNESS! You ever heard of a “Girls Girl”? Well she’s the Hair’s Girl!! My hair has never been better and she’s sooo sweet and amazing to talk to I swear our time together is always memorable! She’s also is so communicative and for me I’m someone who has so many ideas and love anything fun. Whenever I’m in the chair she not only brings my dreams to life, but we collaborate on my hair and experiment which makes getting my hair done not only feel like im more included in the process, but like I am comfortable exploring what my hair can do and the possibilities; whereas other places made me feel constricted. She’s someone that accepts a challenge and I’m definitely a challenge! Will go again and again!!

This place feels fancier than most other stores in Cleveland. It's always flawless inside and out! The workers know their products and always seem like they want to help you find just the right thing even though I don't expect workers to go out of their way to help me. My favorite place to stop inside this store is the perfume testers. I'm so sorry to the employees but it's too irresistible!!!!
