***DON'T OPEN AN ULTA CREDIT CARD.*** I was approved for the Ulta MasterCard. I usually do not open store cards but they offered a savings of $40 and I agreed. About 30 days later the statement arrived but was apparently delayed and arrived after the due date. I went online and paid the bill in full immediately. Also messaged their online chat so they were aware of what happened. Fast forward 2 months and I receive a call saying my statement is past due. I said no, it was paid in full. Come to find out they charged a late fee and a second late fee on a late fee and interest. I asked why I hadn't received a statement and she said I enrolled in online statements. I said that I hadn't and this is exactly why, if I don't see a bill, I don't know a payment is due. So I had to call the credit card customer service and they were only willing to give me a partial credit for $15 (only half of one of the late fees.) on a balance of $63 of fees. I have never been treated like this. Late fees on top of late fees, is that even legal? So then I said I wouldn't pay the fees and they said an additional late fee will be charged every month with interest on the balance. Then I said cancel the card, she said if it is cancelled the $15 credit they did give me would be reversed and if not paid I would have additional charges. What the what??? Do not open an Ulta credit card. Comenity is not a reputable company. Called customer service and went to the store, I was told oh I am surprised at that but you have to speak with Comenity customer service. I will never shop at Ulta again!!,😠😠😠

The second time within about a week that I’ve went to the salon, both times I had Kaitlin as my stylist, she is absolutely amazing as a stylist and with her customer service skills, though I can’t guarantee anyone I know would go in, I will be recommending her to anyone that asks.

Great place I got my hair dyed there and got my ears pierced and they did it great they were very comforting about it when I was scared.

I had a tremendously bad experience with a product that I had gotten here. I shop here very often. I went into the store today to talk to a manager about it and I spoke with Anaisa, the sales manager. I as expecting pushback or even just next to nothing for help. She was so compassionate, sweet, and personable. I felt empowered leaving from my conversation with her. You’ve put the exact right person into this position. Please give her a bonus or a raise or something. She’s awesome! Based off just this interaction alone, I would recommend everyone to shop this Ulta.

I have been going to Ulta in CR for a few years for my brows. The young lady that had been doing them moved on. At that point I started to see Faeble. She’s an absolute gem of a human and does a great job. Whether a wax, wax/tint or wax and lamination, she always does a great job. Today I let her know I was a bit stressed about an upcoming work trip that came about on short notice. I haven’t been able to get in to see her for my brows or my regular stylist for my hair some time. So my brows and grays were popping! She checked with one of her colleagues, Kaitlin. Kaitlin had an opening today (yes prom and Mother’s Day weekend) and did a great job covering the grays and matching my highlights to the other salon I regularly go to. Thank you to both ladies, they went above and beyond.

Packaging was damaged and more than half of the perfumes were used. Maybe only 2 perfumes were full. Very unhappy with my purchase for my wife.

Faeble not only took extra time to make sure she did the best job, but she was very delightful to talk to and made me feel heard and special. She does an incredible job every time I go to her, and I have started scheduling routine visits. She talks you through what she is doing and what to expect, and I'd highly recommend her if you are looking for an exceptional experience!

I've had my hair colored and braided before but never as good as Bryon did at the Cedar Rapids Ulta!! Its been 4 days and they still look amazing!!

Bad experience!!! I went for a balayage and the girl told me that she could get those results in 2 sessions (because I have black hair) and it would only be one payment!! After 2 weeks I came back and there was practically not much change, and she charged me again!! Disappointed. This location found out the Tree Hut Strawberry scrub was on sale for 1 dollar and the employees took them all! I asked can I at least buy 1 and NOBODY was Williston give up there’s. IM A CUSTOMER! Technically if I wanted to buy them all, AS A CUSTOMER I get them first, NOT THE EMPLOYEE! I shop here often. I actually come to this one instead of the one closer to me because they have a bigger sales section. Very disappointed.

I had an eyebrow wax at 5:40 I got there at 5:20, one of the ladies up front got me all checked in and the person who does the waxing was helping someone and then 5:30 rolls around and she agrees to do a wax for them. I stood around for a while and then she started teaching them how to fill in their eyebrows. At this point it is 5:55 and i was getting irritated because she saw me walking around and the lady up front told her i was there. 5:58 she gets done and I walk up and tel her I had an appointment at 5:40 and she looks at me and says “Im off in 2 minutes Im doing to a wax” When the person before me asked if she could squeeze her in quick. I am very disappointed to say the least.

Most of the people that work there are really nice but there are some management level things that could really be improved. Please don't put signs out on things saying they are on sale when the sale is a week away, most people don't notice the small print and I wasted time reading reviews on something that I would not had purchased if I had known it really wasn't on sale. If you are going to advertise that you get a free gift with purchase, make sure you have the gift on hand or take the signs down..... Literally this happens about 70% of the time.

This was the MOST fun and helpful TEAM! Fable did my & my sister's brows (color & wax), and she was just a fun, fun JOY! I regret forgetting the name of the very knowledgeble and friendly greeter who knew exactly where to find, recommend, and test product colors on me. Two others gave me samples, everyone smiled! Such a positive, happy environment! The beautiful, intelligent woman who checked me out, speaks five languages! I highly recommend this location; take your friends! Fun experience!
