I've never had my nails done before and my experience with this place makes me want to never have them done again. I was talked into a gel-x manicure. The woman cut my cuticle and made me bleed, said nothing about that, and gave me the worst manicure. She didn't file anything into a shape and left it lumpy and only partially cured. It peeled off the following day, leaving my fingers covered in uncured gel. Today one of the false nails popped off entirely. It is supposed to last up to 4 weeks and didn't even make it 1. Avoid this place entirely.

Horrible Service. I scheduled an appointment for 7pm and when I arrived the employee was very rude and basically told me she couldn’t service me. Why would you have me schedule an appointment when you couldn’t service me. That’s very weird and unprofessional.

I always walk in with no appointment and they take me right in. Have never had to wait and I’m always there on Friday evenings. They always do a great job with my mani and pedi regardless the technician. Prices are great for what you get too.

I never leave unhappy or disappointed. RiRi always takes her time & takes care of me. I love how she does my nails. I’ll continue to come back to her!!! 💕

I paid 71$ for poorly painted nails and she didnt even file them nicely. I wanted white tips but she decided to paint the white on instead and it turned out awful. I've never paid even close to 71$ for acrylics its usually 44-50 max. Definitely do not recommend this place total waste of money. Will go to persimmon in the mall next time.

I went on 8/26 for a pedicure. The woman cut the side so deep. Now I have an infection 2 days later!

Lady was nice but she cut and nicked my toe nail several times and kept filing. Won’t be coming back again. She cut my toe nail way too short.. down to the skin.

The shop is very pretty and clean. I continue to return to this salon because of their amazing nail technicians. Can’t say enough good things about Tyler Ranch ! I'm so happy with my beautiful nails! I got the dip nails and they looked perfect!

they have prices posted but you will end up paying more. Paid $85 for full set acrylic nails, they didn't even do manicure just put the acylics and painted it.

A little disappointed, James was the one who started taking care of my manicure, it seemed that a client of his walked in, so he left me there and went to go take care of his client. I was just sitting there waiting until another gentleman approached me. He moved me to his station and finished my manicure.

Don’t get me wrong great staff , they do not clean their tools so be aware of that . That lady who did my pedicure today (didn’t catch her name) but I noticed in her car where her tools where laying on top of a blue towel that had nail clipping on it . I had to ask her to clean them before she used them on me and she just rinsed them 🥴

I usually dont complain but I went in to get my acrylic nails soaked off and the guy tried to rip off my nails after i asked for them to be properly taken off. She also reused a lot of her tools on me and I watched her keep the same sponge she used to scrub my feet and the tools as she moved on to the next person. Not to mention they over charged me I highly don’t recommend.

My favorite for a fill or full set is Peter & for a pedicure is Jessica. James is also very good at nails! If you’re looking for three people who give great results these are the three you should make appointments with!

My husband and I come here all the time. We always book with James or Kelly. The prices are just right for the services they offer and the place is always super clean. The staff is very friendly and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Absolutely will return next month.

This is been my wife 2nd time coming here she really thought she was gonna get a nice job but it looks like one of my little daughters did it. Uneven gel Just keep training have some pride of what you guys do.

Took my granddaughters 13 & 15 and my niece 13 for refills and they got the worst job ever, none of them got what that asked for they had pictures of what they wanted and were told in advance that they could do what they wanted, and and 2 of the girls were cut and filed too hard on their cuticles, one of the girls nails were filed crooked and uneven and the Polish is already peeling on one, and they were very unfriendly! I would definitely not recommend this Salon!

Went in for a fill & left with my nails not complete!! The guy at table 1 assisted me. I had 1 broken nail, & literally took him 10 minutes to take it off! At that point I already knew the service was going to be slow & terrible. When he was applying the powder on my nails he applied it over my skin, left a whole blob of it underneath my nail which then he took off but sooooo painfully. He also put so little powder on one nail that would bend when you would touch it. I told him to just finish applying the nail. He himself even told me "you don't have to pay". Also when I went there was nobody & the girl at the front desk said it would be a 30 minute wait. Will not be going back here. He also did not shape the nail correctly. I asked for coffin & got what you see in the picture.
