I have been going to her for over 10 years and I have always been happy with any cut or color that we do. She takes time to listen to what you want and also provides some suggestions and perspective that is top notch! She also shares great tips for healthier, fuller hair and using the right products. Lauren also did my hair for my wedding and it was absolutely perfect! We did a trial, but the day of turned out even better! I would trust Lauren to do anything with my hair! If you're looking for a great stylist, look no further! I've been going to Lauren along with my spouse for the last year and she is amazing! She takes the time to listen to what her client wants, but is also honest enough to give her opinion as to whether or not the cut, color or style is a good fit. I have short hair which can be tricky to cut but Lauren knows her stuff and I always get a great cut! As a bonus, she always makes me laugh and smile. You're the best!!!!

I have been a client of Lauren's for 10 years. Even though my hair is baby-fine and stick straight, Lauren cuts it so it looks amazing. After styling my hair, she takes the extra time to show me additional ways I could style my hair, which I really appreciate. Lauren is easy to talk to, listens to what I say, and always remembers details about me and my life from my last visit. Her salon is clean, beautiful and private. I have been seeing Lauren for my hair since 2010. She is amazing! She did my hair for my wedding, and now continues to cut and color my hair, plus cut my kids hair. She is reasonably priced, and does an amazing job. I highly recommend her!

Lauren did a beautiful Balayage for me. I like to hold back on judging my hair until I've washed it a couple of times and see how everything looks with my own styling. There was a small section in the back that I wasn't completely happy with and Lauren fixed it without hesitation and didn't charge me anything for it! She's truly talented with color and the prices are very good compared to what some people like to charge for a Balayage... I would definitely recommend this place!

So glad I stumbled upon Twisted Scissors! I wanted a big change but wasn't sure if what I wanted would suit my face shape or not. She really took time to listen and give suggestions. I loved my cut and went back for a trim and asked about color for next time. I had wanted some bright colors, but she educated me on the work that goes into upkeep, so I won't be doing that! I appreciate that she didn't just say yes to the expensive brights. So glad I done her - she's great!

I’ve been going to Lauren for my hair for probably close to 10 years now. I always walk out feeling like I look like a million bucks after she has worked her magic! I’ve also started fairly recently going to her for some skincare services such as dermaplaning and microneedling. I’m not getting any younger so I’m making more of an effort to take really good care of my skin. My skin is super-sensitive and Lauren does a great job of gradually working our way up to see what my skin can tolerate while still getting good results. I definitely see a difference in my skin now that I’m doing this on a regular basis. And aside from her mad hair and skin skills, she is just an awesome person to be around! She’s so funny and down-to-earth. My appointments with her feel like I’m catching up with a dear girlfriend. Lauren is one of the best! I have been seeing her for over a decade and won't see anyone else as long as she'll have me. She is always up to date on the newest techniques and is so great with conversation. I can sit in her chair, explain what my ideas are and she nails it every time. This girl is fantastic!
