Love this place! Ms. Sharon is amazing with working with all types of hair. I was just there yesterday for a retwist, and I was long overdue. She was honest with me and let me know to make sure I come back in 4 weeks. When she washes and cares for your hair, she has gentle hands that put me to sleep. Go to this salon. The talent they have there is amazing.

so this was my second time here I decided to get a silk press as well as my ends trimmed because I was way overdue. The total appointment came out to $90. However, on my way home and like two days after the appointment I’m noticing that part of my scalp is really hurting and on further inspection after parting it with a comb, it looks like my scalp was burnt, and I suspected as much even before I took a look. Sharon, the one that I was booked with was kind of dangerous with the flat iron. I don’t really know how often she does this type of hairstyle, but she was burning me quite a bit and she actually left a burn mark which is now a scab on my scalp. It’s not my intention to get on here and bash her or the business because all the other aspects of the appointment like my trim and the wash was fine and my hair does look good but my scalp being burnt and it hurting like this is unacceptable, especially with the price that I paid. hoping the business/owner gets back to me because this was my first time doing a silk press and it lowkey ruined the experience for me. like i don’t know if i would do this or come back again. Leaving a review on Google because I tried doing it through the app when it prompted me through my email, but you have to create an account for that which I did but it still wouldn’t let me leave a review since I didn’t use that account to book the appointment.

I won’t mention stylist she’s seems like a great person and did her best but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had in over 10years of getting my hair done. I go in for A loc retwist I get there at 3:10 my appointment was at 3:30. The stylist they assigned was late finishing her previous head. I was waiting so long a manger (I’m assuming)took me to wash my hair and apologized for the wait. we come back from washing my hair and stylist is no where to be found so I wait more for about 10minutes. At this point it’s has to be past 4:45 so she’s finally doing my hair and she kept stabbing my scalp with the dread clips. She finally finishes my hair and shows me I’m so upset some of my locs aren’t twisted at the ends they don’t look neat and she used an insane Amount of hair product so now I’m going to a different shop to have them redo it.it also took her 45 mins longer then my normal stylist and after all that there was no price discount and I think we both knew I would never becoming back.

I’m truly pleased with my re-twist service. Yaya was great and I will be going back. My hair looks and feels great and the price was fair. It was nice to see a shop full of beautiful black queens all doing such great work on their clients. The vibe in the shop was great as well. I definitely would recommend to anyone in the Phoenix -Tempe area.

My hair was in a VERY bad way. I was so upset, crying, one of my girlfriends had tried to take care of my issue only to be defeated and said, "im sorry but im thinking it may have to be cut off". I was beside myself, i would not step one foot outside my home. I called several salons with no luck for the service I needed. I called here and in a blink of an eye I had a next day appt. Nevaeh understood my need and confidently, sweetly reassured me that she would be happy to get me back to myself. I was greeted super nicely by all the professionals there and met Nevaeh. Her smile and kind personality instantly caused me to relax. I knew I found my girl. As soon as she got started i comfortably melted as my worry and stress quickly disappeared. She explained what she was doing as she continued gently working, we talked about all kinds of things, we laughed, I even dozed off a few times. She pampered me sweetly, did some really cool things to my hair that made it so soft and manageable i couldnt believe it was my own hair and before I knew it she was done. Her fantastic knowledge of hair care is over the top. I have never had this great of real care anywhere. I got a bit emotional and cried happy thankful tears I felt better than myself. Nevaeh you are an angel thank you SO VERY MUCH! You definately are the Best!! 🙂❤

Sharon was great. They have good prices and she did my hair in a style I choose. It looks great. I will be returning to visit her again. My daughter is getting married in June of 2023. I plan to go & see her to style my hair for the wedding.

The day of my appt 30min before I get the "hey boo can we reschedule" text. My appt was for Aug 13th and I booked on the 1st. That's just a terrible first impression on a new client. Even after I expressed I had other things planned today neveah continued to ask if we can move the appt later. I guess your appt time is just a suggestion and will start anytime within that time window the stylist pleases. Don't waste your money on this salon.

Veronica took care of me real nice. My dreadlocs went from shambles to stunning in less than 4 hours. She also put me on to new hair products I can use to take care of my hair on a weekly basis. Soooo I got new knowledge and stunning service. Thanks y'all!

We had the most amazing experience here! After striking out so many times with cancellations, no-shows, and let downs, my eight-year-old daughter had her faith restored in getting her hair done! Ella was beyond kind and so talented. They played a movie for my daughter and made her feel right at home. We will never go anywhere else!

Won't be returning here. Attitude to clients is terrible. The first few sentences said to me a new client were very hostile and rude, to make matters worse, Alecia switched my appointment over to Naeveah who had just started on another person. You could easily tell Naeveah (naive-her) doesn't even know how to do locs if you watch her for 5 min, yet am expected to wait 2hrs despite being on time! Never again!
