Not what they used to be. Made an appointment to get Valentines nails and sent a photo of what I wanted. They said no problem, gave me a time, and took my deposit. I came in 5 mins late due to traffic (their policy they sent via text says as long as you’re not 10+ mins late appts will still be honored and I texted ahead to let them know) and the man was very rude and cold right off the bat and informed me that he would only be able to do designs on two nails since I was late (the photo I had sent showed a design on all 5 nails). It sounds to me like they didn’t schedule themselves enough time to do what I wanted to be done anyways. I walked out and let them keep my deposit. This used to be the best nail place around so idk what happened. *Edit because I just read the response: No I wasn’t 10 minutes late, he was just upset because I didn’t arrive early like he asked me to last minute when his other appointment ended early. Even if it was 10 minutes and not 5, why would that cause him to only be able to do less than half of the work he agreed to do? Manage your time better when scheduling appointments. I know I’m not the first customer this business has lost due to this after reading other reviews.

Nice and very busy environment!! Nice ladies at this shop!! They also have wine here!! The dude and lady were very rough on my feet and nails!! A little cutting and burning on my nail beds and feet!! 🦶 Ouch!!

Very Rude. My appointment was at 11am, I arrived at 10:45. Let them know I was there and they told me to sit and wait. So I Sat and waited patiently to be called. A lady walks in at 11:01, she says “I have an appointment at 11” (same as me) they took her right over immediately and began working on her. I sat another 5-10 min to be called. I was finally called over, once service was complete, I gave him cash plus tip and told him thank you, I began to walk out of salon same man that I just paid that did my service yells at me and says “hey, hey , hey you got to pay!” I told him “I paid you already I gave you cash plus tip?!??!?” He then says “ok” like he was not just rude to me or embarrassed me as if I was stealing?!? Still confused about it, will never be back.

I normally don’t leave bad reviews And I absolutely love going to this nail salon but I went the other day & felt overcharged for the first time here. I got short French tip (on the receipt says it ombré) Almost $80. Been going for several years & never paid this much for a short French tip here or anywhere else. Paying it wasn’t the problem just feeling like I was overcharged

Amazing pedicure! Next time I plan on asking if they offer extended massage time for a fee. What I got was great - I just wanted more! Easy to text and get an appointment. I’ll be back!!

I got a manicure and pedicure yesterday at this salon and am not satisfied. I’ve had my nails done before, and they have done great. I loved the way they looked then and yesterday as well, however, I have never had a pedicure here. My big toes are infected from where she dug into the sides where I assume she was trying to remove anything ingrown and to the point of them bleeding. My toes are infected and oozing puss from this and are very red and irritated. If you come here, I definitely recommend a manicure, but stay away from a pedicure.

Love it. This was my first time there and i definitely will be back. The employees were super nice and the prices were very reasonable. I got the deluxe pedicure (hot stone pedicure) and it was wonderful.

First time visiting this salon and I hope it is not the last. My nail technician, Emily, did a great job. She took the time to pay attention to every detail and did exactly what I asked. She was very delicate in doing her work. I love my nails! ❤️💅

I don't like leaving negative reviews. I try to be positive. That being said, I would not return to this salon and I encourage you to find a different nail shop. I went 1 week ago with an appointment for me and my niece for mani/pedicures. I got a gel mani and regular polish pedi. She got a full acrylic set and regular polish pedi. The pros: good color selection, pretty nice pedicure chairs with massage and tables for drink/phone, good foot and hand massage, prompt service, quiet environment. The cons: my gel started peeling off within 3 days and is now completely peeled off 1 week later. This is unacceptable and has never happened to me. I don't use chemicals without gloves or soak my hands and I can usually keep gel polish looking fresh for weeks. My niece's acrylics are getting soft after 1 week just from regular showering. She doesn't soak her hands or use chemicals thay might cause this. This is also unacceptable. I've never had an acrylic set turn soft and I wore acrylics for a decade. Additionally, the salon charges a "non negotiable" percentage to use a credit or debit card, which is not clear until you go to pay for your services.

Came here and got my nails done by Ethan, he did such a great job. He was nice, polite and professional when doing my mani and pedi. Will return and only ask for him..

I used to come here and never had any complaints. However I returned today excited for a new set of nails. I left the salon with what felt like unfinished nails. They were blocky, not coffin like i asked for, acrylic all under my nails and around my nailbeds. I asked the nail tech to make them more narrow (aka coffin shaped) to which he did not. Hours later my fingers actually hurt because the technician used too small of tips, stretching them to fit, on my nails. They also have no curve to them and look like they're about to take flight. When I got home I filed away the SHARP uneven edges, and im still left with SUPER thick acrylic and painful nails. Note this was $85 and i've had actual press ons that look & feel better. !!!Upon contacting the salon, they have now accused ME of messing up the nails and will not issue a refund.

Book by appointment only, my experience is okay overall. I’ve been going here for 4 years. It’s convenient to my home, and I don’t like to shop hop I like being stable and attached to one place, the prices are reasonable, the atmosphere is nice and quite, they provide complementary beverages, they are very clean and clean after each customer. I gave it 4 stars because the Gel polish is to pricey, and they don’t smile.

I am new to this area. I recently moved from Durham to Graham. My nails look amazing and no chips after 2 weeks. I work as a nurse therefore hand washing and punching pills can be brutal to my nails. Very satisfied 😌

I typically don’t ever love how my nails come out they always seem so chunky no matter where i’ve gone but I walked in today and got Ethan and he did an AMAZING job! I finally love the way my nails came out!!

I’ve been coming here since moving to the area in 2019, and have absolutely nothing bad to say. Everyone is so friendly, the shop is clean, and I’ve never left dissatisfied with my nails(Thank you, Emily), or pedicures.

My mom and I wanted to get our nails done before we left for a trip, and we loved it!! We booked an appointment through text & they were super helpful. This was only our second time ever getting our nails done, so we weren't sure what would be best. The staff explained in the texts which option would be best for the ideas we had, and it was really helpful! They also asked questions during the appointment to make sure the nails were to our liking. We'll definitely be coming to this salon whenever we need our nails done!!

They was immediately ready for me when I walked in the door at my appointment time. It was my first time and I was nervous because I have been going to the same place for years and I hate change. The shop is very clean and has a relaxing atmosphere. My nails are beautiful as well as my toes. Great prices and excellent service. I will definitely be back

This was my first time going here and I definitely will return, the attention to detail when using an inspiration picture and preciseness when shaping your nails is what I really liked, my nails looked just like the picture I showed her, the tech also made sure to check with me to make sure I liked the design and color I picked out, I think my nail techs name was Lena if I remember correctly, she was very sweet and welcoming.
