Annie was amazing! She was very communicative before the appointment when I tried to articulate what I was going for. The day of she was on time and the location was super clean. She helped me donate 16 inches of my hair to the proper charity. Annie also took the time to work through the process with me, explaining every step and why she was doing it, including sending me links to where I can learn about and purchase proper products to help with my psoriasis and hair care. We adapted my inspo images to my specific hair needs and face shape. At the end she was more than patient with minor changes to my bangs. She helped me achieve an awesome new style that is trendy and super flattering! Can’t wait to see her again and recommend her to everyone I know!! Annie is seriously the best! She somehow manages to make all my crazy hair requests, from highlights to icy blonde to blue, look even better than I could imagine.

Annie has always done an amazing job at making sure my hair gets what it needs. From a trim, color, or Malibu treatment- she’s on it! We’ve now got our whole family going to her from our young son to teenage daughter, and everyone is happy!

Annie is seriously THE BEST- theres nothing she cant do! She has always been able to fix my hair no matter what damage I've done to it! She fixed my box dyed hair and turned it into beautiful highlighted blonde perfection. Today she fixed my uneven black at home hair dye job and made it into the most beautiful black and red ombre I've ever seen! I will never go elsewhere. So so glad I found her again!

This was my first time going to Turning Heads and I LOVED it. All the proper safety precautions were taken considering the pandemic and Annie spent a lot of time with me. My appointment was for a simple single process color and trim - I felt like I received so much more than that. Annie was extremely skilled and personable. I can't wait to book an appointment for something more challenging!
