Came in for a pedicure. Basically got a polish change. The guy did not manicure my nails and he told me they don’t take out ingrown nails. That is why I came in. My polish looks like a 5 year old did it. Don’t bother with this place a waste of $36.

Went here with my sister and 3 other women to get pedicures for her wedding. There were more of us than there were employees but we all got great service. They were very kind and friendly and my pedicure was done very well. Pricing is average for the area. The salon was very clean and the employees wore gloves which were changed often. Definitely recommend!

Good salon to get wham bam thank you ma'am. In the door scrubbed, rubbed, and polished in 15 minutes flat. If you're looking for a relaxing experience this isn't the place but 3 stars for being open on Sunday and the paint job is nice.

I did not have a good experience here they charged me 80$ for a fill and all I got was a French tip with chrome on top. They where also very rude there was two girls before me and they where rude to them as well telling the one girl to look at the tv over and over again because she said you look around and you move so she told her to look at the tv and there was just music playing on tv. Then when it finally came to be my turn I was there from 230-5 but when it came to me there was something poking me when she was filing and I kept lifting my hand and the lady doing my nails gave me the meanest look and said you need to sit still and I said well it hurts and she is like well you keep moving and the more you move the more it’s going to hurt. I was so done with this place so I would definitely save your money and go to Kim nails right next to it and they do a fantastic job the only reason why I went here was because I got a gift card to go there. If I could I would give zero stars but they are telling me to put one star

I had acrylic nails put on and after I got home I realized 1. You could see the white tips on the side of nails 2. They didn't cover all my nails (either the tip was sized wrong or they didn't add powder to cover the nail bed completely) I went back the next day and they would only touch up the white that was showing. They refused any refund or partial refund. I had to text the owner and it took an hour just to have her tell me they couldn't / wouldn't redo them. Very unhappy. If I can find out how to attach pictures I will.

Not even a 1 star. They took 2 hours just to get my polish off!! They only had 2 workers there and 3 customers and still wasted their time doing anything but my nails.

The price on the board is not what you paying, they charge you more.. with ridiculous explanation.. don’t spend ur money there.. thumbs 👎

Came here for the first time with my daughter and her friend. We did have to wait awhile(they were busy) but it was worth the wait for our nails to be this great! And they were so incredibly kind!

Not impressed at all. These nails took 2.14 hrs and they have bubbles in them. I have engagement pictures in one week and these are the nails. So disappointed

8/13/22 Great experience. It's my first pedicure here. I needed one done badly. It was overdue. I live elsewhere and work in Mankato. I figure I will try TT Nails out. I selected the spa/pedicure with gel color. From getting the old polish removed, my nails clipped and filed to the massage, scrubbed, masked, new color added, and they did a great job. I also enjoyed the massage chair. They do require payment ahead, though. I will go back again when I need another pedicure. Thanks, TT Nails. Pedicure with pink with glitter color was on 6/6/23. Great job, TT Nails.

Last-minute decision to go in to get my nails done turned into one of the worst experiences of my life. Not only it was my nails stylist, rude, and slapped me on the hand and stormed off when my hand couldn’t “relax “, she ridiculed. My last choice of design yelled at me and made my nails so bad that less than an hour after my appointment I already have a broken nail. Do not recommend!

Unfortunately due to their illegal policy of charging customers in advance. Minnesota law. Then unwilling to finish the task simply because they failed to identify that I had gel on my nails. Then argued with me that I had to pay $5.00 for them to do it. Even after paying $159.00 cash for 3 people. Will be notifying the better business as well as the Attorney General.

went in for my birthday and made a 2pm appointment, went with my sister and it was said we would need 2 full sets. sat us in stations across the isle from eachother, as there was no one else in the salon, and then we came to realize that it was going to be the same person doing both of our nails while the lady at the front desk was picking at her nails. she then approached from behind me with a notecard listing what i was being charged for. 55 for the nails 5 for shaping 5 for top coat 5 for length and 5 for picking out more than one color for my nails. mind you i didn’t get any designs, just plain colors. never in my life have heard of being charged that much for plain colored flat acrylics. total came to $75 for plain acrylics. absolutely nuts. happy birthday to me!! wouldn’t suggest going here if you want to keep your money!!

I have gone here for gel polish on my natural nails 3 times now, and I am very pleased. My nails and cuticles are so much healthier now, and the nail technician takes great care when removing old nail polish, cleaning up the nails, and applying the polish. She is so sweet and the atmosphere is so relaxing. I will continue going here, for sure!

I loved the ladies that worked here. They all were so great. They took their time and did not rush our nails. I'm so happy with them. I live in Rochester, MN and have not been able to find a place I'm happy with or satisfied. I think this will be my place when I want to get my nail done

It was our first time at TT nails. I made an appointment for my daughter at 1:00. They didn’t even start until 1:30. A male technician started the acrylics then another staff member yelled at him to go set up two pedicure stations for other customers waiting. He came back and finished gluing on the nails and then talked about the design and price per design and price per length of nails. We changed some things to lower the price. Never been charged for length of nails other Salons before. Then we had to stop and pay before fishing. We then waited another 20 mins for a woman technician to finish with a customer who came after us. Apparently the male could not do the design we wanted. Once the woman took over she did a really nice job but took a long time. My daughter is happy with her nails. Friendly to us, gave us $2 off for waiting so long. However, I will not be going to this place again. Extremely slow service, letting in customers in between us when we should have got the full time before someone else that came after. Also very overpriced! We paid $30 more here for the same service we have paid at other salons in town. In the end we were there 2.5. Hours. Ridiculous!
