I walked into to True Derm MedSpa 2 years ago and told Alex that I was tired of having red skin and I didn’t want to wear makeup anymore. Alex has beyond exceeded my expectations! I no longer have redness and my skin has never looked better in my entire adult life. She has recommended the right products for my skin to deliver the desired results without overselling me on products that I don’t need. She is such a wonderful person that I have been blessed to know these past two years and I look forward to seeing her each month. I recently had a CO2 Lift. SO hydrating and plumped my hollow under eyes for an upcoming event. I LOVE that it came with product to take home to make the results last as long as possible. I follow Alex on social media and it seems she treats people of all ages. I like that she really caters her recommendations towards each client she sees.

I had my first CO2 lift facial and it was amazing. My skin feels hydrated and I can see a glow to my skin. I also really like the cleanser Alex gave to me in my bag. It makes my face feel great after using. Alex was so friendly. I would definitely go back.

All my life my lips have been nonexistent and I went to see Alex for lip injections. She is very precise and detailed. A true perfectionist, which is why I went to see her. If you want perfect lips, she is definitely the one to see!

Alex did an Exquisite facial on me not even a week ago, I have to say I was skeptical that I’d see the results she was saying I’d see. I wanted my jowls to tighten, my chin wrinkles to lessen, under eye wrinkles to fade, anbove my lip lines to go away and overall neck and face to plump and look younger. That’s a lot to expect from a “facial”. Not that the exquisite is just a facial, but it’s also not injections or incisions!! There was no discomfort whatsoever. Not during or in the days to follow. A little bit of dryness but nothing I couldn’t handle. I’ve moisturized morning and night as well as throughout the day and I have to say I’m 7 days out counting day of facial, and my skin looks completely different!!! Feels amazing and I’ve had numerous compliments from strangers telling me how good my skin looks. Out of nowhere!!! I couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with the exquisite rather than fillers!!!! Alex is amazing, she’s gentle, and professional, answers all your questions (and I had a lot!!) and it’s surprisingly relaxing. Can’t wait to do it again!! Alex is absolutely amazing. I've been to see her twice. The experience every time has been so lovely - when you get there, you fill out a sign to say if you want to chat or not, talk about products or not, table temp, music genre, etc. It makes the whole experience less awkward if you just want to relax. I've done both no chatting along and chatting and our conversation was wonderful too! Alex is so kind, thoughtful, genuine, and so knowledgeable about what she does. I did a big treatment the last time I saw her and I can already tell a difference in my skin, even after 4 weeks. I cannot wait to go back later this month.

Alex is amazing!!! She’s beyond knowledgeable and continues to expand her offerings (after huge amounts of research and trainings). She recently starting offering CO2 lifts, which I added to my microneedling appointment tonight. Total game changer! Usually quite red after microneedling but my skin is glowing and feels so hydrated!

Had a great facial with Alexandra. She makes you feel right at home and asks your preferences on music/chatting or quiet/etc. She is very knowledgeable about everything that is in the products she uses. The facial + massage was such a relaxing experience. I’ll definitely be back!

I just recently got lip filler done by Alex and I couldn’t be happier. I had gotten my lips done previously by someone different and my lips bruised and swelled so bad. Somehow Alex worked her magic this time and I had no swelling and no bruising. The whole procedure didn’t take too long and Alex made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I will never go to anyone else to get my lips done. She is amazing!

This was my first time ever receiving lip fillers and Alex made my experience amazing! The process itself was not bad at all and she asked a lot of questions to make sure they were exactly how I wanted them. The healing process was also super easy and I didn’t bruise at all. Highly recommend!
