Callie was AMAZING! She listened and addressed all of my hair concerns, gave me an opportunity tu discuss change after she was done. I’m only in Tennessee for work (a few months) but I will definitely be going back to Callie for the time I’m here. 100 % recommend her!

The staff is always kind courteous and helpful. My hair stylist for 10+ years Brandy White Johnson is the bomb. She is creatively intuitive and tuned in to my particular needs. This is because she engages and truly cares about her clients and helping them to express their true selves.

Unfortunately, my experience here was not a good one. In fact, it was actually terrible. I paid for a top stylist, (Haley) but she didn’t seem to have the skills beyond a student. My haircut and color was not even close to what I asked for, like way off. Very strange. On top of it, my hair has since broken off A LOT! I really thought it was odd that this huge salon was empty on a day any decent salon would be packed, but now I know why. Nice staff, but not a place I would ever recommend.

I am very satisfy with the job done, but it’s very way to overpriced for very short hair, bleached hair and haircut , pictures before and after. I was charged $323.68 plus tip $64.74. $387.42 total for short hair is way to much. They should have discussed the prices before starting working on my hair. First I saw the prices online and it was ok, but at the end very in shocking in so pricy .

I walked out feeling like a brand new person. The salon atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. I had a really good first visit. Mckenzie listened and asked good questions before suggesting next steps. I really like my cut and color. It's expensive, buy I felt like I got services worthy of the cost.

Kennedy was EXCELLENT! Super personable, professional and talented. My hair looks amazing and conversing with her was the highlight of my day. And her assistant was lovely and super attentive. Overall an amazing experience!

Tyler was great. I always went to the same person and couldn’t get an appt with my regular hair stylist-so they offered another stylist. And because they record everything down to the “T”- it turned out just like it always does. Perfect. Thanks for a great experience with a new stylist!
