I've been getting my hair cut here for at least 15 years and never had a complaint. They are always accommodating when conflicts inevitably happen. I personally see Cindi, but you can't go wrong with any of the stylists.

Trucolors Salon is the ONLY place I go to get my hair done! I see Tim Corey and have for years. He never fails at making me feel beautiful every time I walk out of that salon, and at my age, that is saying something lol

Worst haircut of my life !!!! Tim cut my hair it is nothing close to what I asked for. The back of my hair is more than an inch shorter on one side & the front is even worse!! I quickly asked for a refund of the $45 I paid, after calling there 3 times I went in & asked for a refund & his only solution was he would try to fix my hair himself. NOT Happening!! This haircut is so bad I actually could not sleep because I was so angry over it. What was supposed to be 3 inches quickly became more than 6 and as we all know nothing grows out slower than a bad haircut!!

I love my hair I want before work yesterday, I got highlights put in and 😲 😱 they are so wonderful ❤ 💖 the first time ever getting them, I can't say so happy I am with them wow there is no words to put it I will most definitely be going back, what was so nice is the person I asked to cut my hair and put the highlights in came in on his day off so nice of him. Thank you for everything ❤ ♥ 💛.

I made reservations for an entire year 6 months ago with Chris Jacobson. I have been waiting anxiously to see her (she was recommended by a friend). Out of the blue, they cancel all of the reservations after she decided she does not want to take on new customers and told me that I can call later and see if she has any cancellation. Really? I believe that this is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. TERRIBLE!!

Love everyone's cheerful attitude! Salon ambience is very relaxing. Great artwork too. Stylists are so talented and caring about their client's needs and concerns. Lovely results. The rating scale needs to be 10 stars!

The women at this salon are fantastic with their crafts. I got my nails done by Bethann, who did such a tremendous job. She also handfiled my nails to buff them for the shallack, which was an added bonus from what I'm used to. And Jody gave me a cut and highlight, I am so incredibly pleased with the results. This place is also super cute and immaculate. Highly recommend.

I’ve been there before. Staff is great. But it seems like getting ahold of them is something to be desired. Called to schedule an appointment, no answer. That’s alright. I wait 30 minutes and give them a call back. Still no answer. I have some stuff to do and call back an hour later. Still no answer so I leave a message like the voicemail insists (no problem). It’s been hours and still no returned call. Ended up booking my haircut somewhere else that picked up on the first couple rings. And this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues getting ahold of them either. I have no idea what their receptionist is doing.
