Horrible customer service. Booked my appointment for 10am with Clarissa and ended up being left to wait for over 30 minutes. Not only did she take her sweet time talking with the clients around she then decided to do another haircut before she even attempted to service me. Ended up leaving as I will not be wasting my time or money on someone with no regards to my time or other appointments I may have during the day. Was extremely disappointed with the lack of respect for their clients time when we’re spending a pretty penny on their services.

Got my haircut with Clarissa and she did amazing! Great service. She made me feel so comfortable and ensured I left with the cut I wanted, having me look and feel my hair throughout the process.

I had my FIRST color hair service ever in my life with Clarissa and she honestly was SO amazing !!!! I had full ginger hair and she walked me through what was possible and the process we would go through to get my money piece blonde and was super receptive to feedback and input and with it being my first time getting it done I was SO nervous and she was so good about making me heard and understood while staying real !! The other girls there were also SO nice giving me all the hype as a first timer and for me choosing such a bold change. The atmosphere , the service , and most of all Clarissa and the girls at trim are going to for sure see me again 💞

First time at Trim Hair Studio and I instantly knew I would be coming back. The salon is so aesthetically pleasing, warm, and welcoming. Now if you're looking for a hair miracle worker, Jackie (@hairbyjacks) is the person for you! She is super accommodating and very attentive to your needs. She will literally make your hair feel and look like a dream come true. Not only is she so incredibly talented with color and cutting but her kind and sincere personality is what keeps me re-booking. She is truly a gifted artist, who will not only make you look beautiful but, most importantly, have you feeling beautiful. I've followed her loyally from Corona to Riverside and I'm never going to anyone else!

The review is overdue. I don’t mind driving 45 mins to this Salon because I know I’ll be satisfied with the results. Extremely easy to book an appointment, they are pretty good at sending reminders; However if you cannot make it make sure to cancel on time. I understand why this is necessary as there’s is a waiting list The staff is very attentive. In my opinion the owner has greatly selected great professionals they all have great knowledge and experience The shampoo experience was delightful, the salon has great music, and extremely sanitary , love the vibe and all the plants. Prices are reasonable, i’m ok paying more to have it done properly and not ruin my hair in some cases you get what you paid for and this was well worth it. My hair continues to grow healthy and beautifully Ask about hair treatment … works wonders Thank you so much

This is a brand new salon but the ladies that work there have had years of experience and the owner is continuing to expand her team to include a lot more talented hair professionals. So if you’re in need of a hair make over or just wanting to freshen up your current look I recommend you check them out, you’ll definitely find someone here who can give you something you’ll love.

Unfortunately, she’s not currently taking any new clients, but Mariely is extraordinary. She is amazing at what she does. You can tell in her work just how passionate she is about it. She is always there to listen to what you want, but will also be honest about your hair goals. She walks you through the process and your happiness is her priority. She will make sure you absolutely love your hair. From taking a break for about 5 years, to blonde, and now red, she has exceeded all my expectations. I get so many compliments on my hair everywhere I go. Let’s not forget the studio. The vibes are immaculate, it’s peaceful, beautiful, and the perfect ‘me time’ place. She designed it all so thoughtfully, you will love it. The whole trim studio team is awesome. You will not regret booking with them.
