I love this place! I love getting my eyebrows waxed here and getting my hair cut! My hair always looks great after Amy is done with it. The salon is always so clean and I love it!

This place is terrible!! I went to get a simple trim and refresh of my highlights/lowlights and left with a disaster!!!! I went back to get it fixed and got a whole new mess. SO DISAPPOINTING!!! On top of all that, they charged me $230 for the service! I have been getting the same thing done for years and have never been charged that much. I went there because I thought I could trust the Aveda name but I can't stress enough how awful the entire experience was.

Been going to Amy for 15 years now. She is amazing and is great with all hair types. My hair looks and feels great every time I leave here! This location is great and the salon is well kept. I highly recommended coming here!

Had a wonderful facial and peel here. Sally explained everything as she went along. It was my first peel. The arm and foot massage just about put me to sleep. And I can see a difference. Thanks Sally.

I am extremely! Fussy when it comes to my hair. I judge a good hair cut when I can get up in the morning and my hair looks the same as it did when I went to bed. No one and I do mean no one has been able to cut my hair as well as Amy. Believe me I have tried to find other stylists but you get what you pay for when you see Amy. My color is also always outstanding. Amy has become a friend and I enjoy her company every time I go. She's talented and very personable. No complaints here.

4 years now, perfect color every time, even when I ask for change, lighter this time darker last time...always get complements on color and cut. I have long, thick hair that is a pain to color because there is so much and they are always gracious about allowing extra time. Thank you Amy!

I have been going to this salon for over 2 years and have nothing but nice things to say about Amy and her staff. Amy’s knowledge of color is outstanding. Most recently, Amy and Sally did up-do’s for my daughter and me for my wedding. My daughter brought in a picture of what she wanted and the result was stunning. I had no idea what I wanted, but Amy knew my style and made me look and feel beautiful. Thank you for making this day so special for us!

Enjoyed working with Justin! Amy, the owner, however, is rude and unprofessional when it comes to customer service. I would NOT recommend this establishment because of Amy and her approach to customer service. I would follow Justin to a more professional establishment; hope he makes the move!!!!

Got my hair cut by Brooke today! I love having longer hair but knew it was dried and splitting so I was ok with getting a lot cut off...which wasn't as much as I thought she would suggest! We just moved to town so I needed a new stylist and Brooke did amazing and made my hair look good! It even stayed together on my walk home! She did very well and took her time to make sure it looked good. I hate when stylists shove you into an open spot and cut really fast and shove you out the door cause they have spots but she took her time and it was nice for a break between walks and I would have to say that I did make another appt to come back in a couple months and if anyone asks I would definitely recommend and if anyone is looking for someone new!

I went in with a hair disaster! After being to four different hair dresses I still had a big problem. None off the other stylists could fix my proven until Amy at Tribeca! She fixed my problem! Then I went in for a drastic change of style, she listened and made it beautiful! Since then I've gotten to know the others and they are all great! Talent runs amuck here! And the Aveda products are nice too.

The thing about this place is that the difference between a master and junior stylist is a VERY big one. I can't say that every junior stylist isn't good with hair but I got to see an inexperienced stylists work along with a very skillful stylists work on my hair. I originally came in to get my hair done by a junior stylist because it's all I could afford, but I quickly learned that that was a mistake. DO NOT book an appointment with Brooke if you are trying to get highlights or ombre. She did a very nice job of cutting my hair, but she was clumsy and careless with her brush strokes when bleaching my hair. All I know is that she doesn't know how to do ombre. I was almost completely blonde because she did it wrong. Furthermore, I had to pay for the extra bleach that I didn't want in the first place, she never apologized nor tried to make it up to me as a client, and I did not trust her enough to let her fix it, so I came in to have April, a master stylist, work with it. She was so sweet to me, and I had fun talking to her while she worked with my hair. She seemed way more confident in what she was doing than Brook did, and that helped me feel at ease. I did not get any refund for all of the trouble, but my hair is way better now and I'm glad I gave them a second chance. I actually feel beautiful again, and people complimented it afterwards (unlike after the first appointment I had.) Just be weary of who you choose to receive an appointment with. I definitely recommend April if you want quick and flawless results the first time around.

Tribeca of NY Aveda Hair Salon and Spa is fantastic! Amy is awesome, I showed her a picture and told her what I'd like and my hair turned out exactly the way I wanted! I'm so happy I found this salon and I love Aveda products. Amy used a leave in conditioner and I absolutely love it and recommend it for Colorado weather. Now I use all Aveda hair products and I'm starting to try their skin products. The staff is so friendly, from Amy, April, Justin to Stephanie they remember me and they make me feel comfortable and relaxed. The salon is beautiful and clean! I'm recommending this salon to everyone.

I just moved to the Southlands Mall area and was looking for an affordable Aveda salon to get my hair cut. I called them last Saturday and they were able to get me in that afternoon. Kate was fantastic, I got a great cut and style for a reasonable price. I will be back!
