Mary Hodge is a great hairdresser who is very skilled in working with curly hair. In my experience, this is not a skill that all hairdressers have. She is also flexible in working with me when things happen unexpectedly. I give Mary my highest recommendation.

My very first time going to Tribe hair salon everything was fine until I saw my bill . First let me start by saying my hair is just pass my ears it's not that long I went there to get some highlights that's it I didn't get a press out I did not get a cut all I got was some highlights tell me why Emily charged me 185 dollars for that ? I WAS IN SHOCK ! This place is very over priced i never paid that much just for some highlights I would have never gone there if I knew they charged that much I feel like I got ripped off I walked out of there very disappointed.

Logan is an absolute treasure. She goes above and beyond to make you comfortable and to give you the best experience possible. She asks questions to get your desired result and I love my new haircut. Mary is awesome too. They both worked together to give me a very precise haircut that I wanted. I give Logan and Tribe Salon my highest recommendation.

As always we had a WONDERFUL time. Lena Thompson is awesome. I've been going to Lena for almost or right at 20 years. I drive right at 2 hrs to get to Macon but I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Very disappointing, will not go back. Had an appointment set up, took time off work. 5hrs before my appointment the stylist, Brittany, cancels. I understand emergencies happen but as a customer I'm expected to give a days notice to cancel?. Nobody ever contacted me back to apologize or reschedule. I lost $$ & still need my hair done. Lol. You still have a business to run. Brittany said she would reach out later & didn't. I have the screen shots as well. Yes, I had no other time because I took time off work, losing my own money. Your emergency is not my concern.

Only went to the spa side, not the haircut side, and Had a great experience! I highly recommend Kattia, super professional and knows what she's doing! I will be going again.

Don't get any messages here! I did not feel relaxed at all. Its like she gave up on her job or something. The spa room was next to the bathroom and you can hear people doing their business and you can also here the hair stylists talking and blow dryers. The only good thing was the skin care and hair cut. But that in itself wasn't impressive.

I highly recommend Tribe Salon! The energy and atmosphere is pleasant and peaceful to be in. All of the stylist greet all costumers with a smile and ensure that everyone sitting at their station is happy before leaving their chair! I personally see Amber, and would trust any of the girls at Tribe with any coloring, cutting or styling needs!

They are a tribe full of high quality skills and customer service. I love everyone I have encountered at this salon. The owner goes above and beyond for her clients as well as her employers. If you are new to Macon, traveling through, or just needing a new salon you should definitely give this salon a try because you won’t be disappointed!

Christine cuts my hair and she’s awesome. She works with my very difficult to cut hair and has helped me figure out exactly how to get my hair cut so that I can manage my cow licks and thick hair. I don’t think I can ever have someone else cut my hair!

For Mother’s Day my hubby purchased two 1 hour Swedish Massages for both myself and my daughter. We went on Saturday to have our massages. My appt was at 10am and my daughter’s was at 11 with LMT Kattia Helton. A Swedish massage is about relaxation. The Salon and Spa was very neat and clean and Kattia did a great job with my massage. I had a little pain in my left shoulder that I never mentioned to her, but during the massage she picked up on it. She said this shoulder has some inflammation in it. She concentrated on that area. Afterwards she recommended I put ice on the area and follow up with some heat to help with the inflammation. I will definitely book with her again. It was an enjoyable experience.

The manicurist is good, but the hairdresser, Christine, is the worst. She cared nothing for what I needed. She did not even want to fix my bangs. The owner/ manager is uncaring about her customers. Don’t pay good money for your hair to not be done as one would expect of such a nice looking environment.
