Nice place, great location, and many nice services here, I see 2 of them. But it is not handicap accessible. In 2025!? I had spinal fusion surgery 4 months ago (still weak) wearing back brace and using cane for weak leg, age over 50 and I had trouble opening the outside door!!! It took all my strength to open the door and I carried a cane and purse so it was very difficult getting the outside door open.😟 I asked the Receptionist to please tell the owners but just in case, here it is. I noted the inside door DOES have an accessible interior door push-button for handicapped folks leaving. Thanks. Please make getting INSIDE easier for those of us who are challenged physically either temporarily or permanently. You’ve been at this site many years. Time to catch up. We will appreciate it!

After several years of looking for a hairdresser, I read a positive review about this salon. The receptionist was very pleasant & did not laugh when I inquired about a haircut “TODAY”. With a smile she reviewed her schedule, made a quick call & located an appointment within a 2 hour window. Amy Reyes was wonderful & so accommodating & reasonable. I will truly go back!!! Dye hair suite 104 is the place to get what you are looking for done! Ask for Stephanie!! I was am so happy with my results. It's so hard to find a good hair stylists who listens.. Stephanie was all that!!

Jess in suite 402 was so amazing and professional through the whole microblading process. She made sure i was comfortable, while being patient and having my best interest at heart. I am very pleased with the results and I have confidence in her abilities and skills, to return to her again and again! I recommend 100%!

I have found my hair salon for life! I live in California and visit my parents at least twice a year and this is the place I will be coming to get a fabulous cut! Toni came in on her day off to cut my sister, my niece and myself. She has extensive hair knowledge and gave us wonderful advice. She is so friendly and made us feel so comfortable. She gave me the best haircut I have ever had. I love it! I will be back in 6 months!

It's a mixture of different services. So it's like a building with a collection of rooms. My hairstylist was named Toni. She was sweet, great to talk to. But she did an okay job on my hair.

I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment with Erika Jane/Alvarez for two weeks and she’s constantly changing and canceling my appointment. The one time she’s approved my appointment I arrived and she wasn’t even there. I waited for 20 minutes and she never arrived. So unprofessional! I wanted to give this salon a try but I’m so disgustingly disappointed

Let me start by saying the two technicians I saw were amazing and accommodating, but the actual building is a mess. I have been to this establishment twice in the last two weeks. The first time I had a facial and the therapist warned me that "painting" would be occurring during my appointment. What I was not expecting was to be on the precipice of sleep and be jarred awake by knocking on the door, twice. The women's bathroom was completely covered in plastic except for one stall that didn't even have a lock and smelled of old urine. The therapist discounted the services and was very apologetic and referred me to a waxer in the same building. I came back and the floor was completely covered in slippery dust, paint sticks were all over the ground, along with dropcloths and it was 10 times louder than the first time I came. I don't know why anyone would want to receive services in a noisy environment. From a safety standpoint if you have any issues with mobility I wouldn't recommend walking through the halls or bathrooms. Do better!

I love this salon. Everyone has their own little room, many private salons within the one building. I highly recommend Crystal of Cowlix Studio, seriously, she is amazing!!! Just love coming here.

I went to Advanced Aesthetics by Jessie in suite 312 for a lash lift and tint. She was extremely professional, the suite was neat, clean, and organized, and she walked me through the entire process as this was my first time having this done. She was informative about all the products she was using and has definitely done her research! I can’t wait to use her services again! I’m so happy with the results!
