So so disappointed! I am a blond with long hair- I asked for highlights/lowlights. After spending 3 hrs and way too much money - I left with 2 inch roots! Afterwards I complained about having 2 inch roots and was blown off by the stylist. No attempt was made or offered to fix the obvious issue with my hair.
