It is a wonderful place, the service is also quite good, I came from a very long, stressful flight and taking the service helped me a lot, I am happy to have found such a useful, clean, cozy place and with such a nice design 🧖‍♀️ Ignore the towel in the shower, I had just used it 🤭🫣

11/10!!!! To have b12 and vitamin C injections available at JFK is so exciting! On top of that, Treat was an great experience. The staff are wonderful!

Charged $250 + tax for a Covid test. Two hundred and fifty dollars. Same test you can get for free at any pharmacy in the US or can buy for $35 do take at home. Airline changed the rules overnight and our tests done within the previous 72 hrs were not accepted and needed new ones. This is the only place in the airport we were told that did testing. And they charge $250 for a test. An absolute rip off

Having a calming place to take a hot and much needed shower on a long layover without the prestige and cost of an airline lounge is paramount to any other airside experience I have had. I highly recommend you spend the money to enjoy time to refresh before the rest of your travels. Clean, calming, and reasonably priced compared to other experiences in the airport.

I scheduled an appointment yesterday and received confirmation later in the evening. When I showed up today, they said their tech was not working. Confused why they would not have called or emailed.

THE WORST!!!! The tech first had to find another bag because the first one was damaged and THEN was unable to successful insert the IV drip after multiple tries. I BOLTED!!! And a week later, my arm is still black and blue!!!

I popped in during a long layover, I was able to get a much needed shower and vitamin C shot. Every single employee was wonderful and super helpful. Plus the products they use smell so freaking good! I would definitely recommend stopping in!
