Had laser treatments for a year for spider veins on legs. They were worse than they were when I started. Had permanent eyeliner done. Had to go for touch up which is normal but the first visit and with two more touchups one of the eyes still is not correct. In the mid eye area still have to put eyeliner because it is bare. What a waste of money. Should have read the reviews. The one about them rushing you in and out and not discussing your eyeliner treatment is completely true. I will not recommend this place.

I did the plasma dermablast under eye treatment for fine lines in August. Since then I have what appears to be permanent freckles and my eyes look darker and more hollow than before treatment. I do not recommend this service! The staff was great and I’m not sure it was anything that they did, but the treatment itself, I do not recommend.

I was recommended this place by a friend. I ask my husband to purchase eyeliner for my Christmas gift. It’s been difficult to get an appointment and when I did and after driving 2 hours was turned away . Because three days prior I may have had Excedrin. Nobody Ever gave instructions of not to take headache meds. No direction at all! I took off work and moved my world around to make this happen. I do not recommend At All!! Oh and she refuses to refund and wants me to drive back another time. And yes I called their office and was told we don’t refund. After this review they did finally refund my money. That’s the only positive thing I have to say

I bought myself the microblading for Mother’s Day. No matter if I waxed or threaded my eyebrows they never looked pretty like other people. When I went to Stacey at Transformation Spa she told me I didn’t have eyebrow tails. Being one who doesn’t wear makeup or watch videos I didn’t know what that was. But I’m sure you can tell from my photo what a huge difference that has made in my overall look, it shapes my face so perfectly. Stacey also made sure to blend colors to go with my light skin tone so my eyebrows would look natural. No one ever realized they aren’t natural which I love. My body is hard to put to sleep or numb and she made sure I felt no pain even if it meant my appt took longer. All the staff was friendly and outgoing. I recommend them to everyone. My entire family love how my eyebrows look so much my mom has even purchased some of Transformation Spa other services for herself and she lives in Amarillo but for her the drive is worth it to get the care and quality I received. Since my initial eyebrows I have now had my teeth whitened too and again they got me in quickly and did an amazing job so I felt confident again at my son’s wedding. If you want top care, 5 star treatment and amazing prices I would make sure you check out Transformation Spa & like their Facebook page cause they are always running amazing specials. I cannot say enough great things about this place! I myself have received the eyeliner and brows and I have referred some friends who have received services as well. We are all greatly pleased with the outcome. The facility is professional, clean and all of my appointments have been on time and very proficient. Thank you ladies you are fabulous!

I have been a client for over 10 years. The staff is amazing and I always feel welcomed. I have had several treatments including laser hair removal, permanent makeup, facials and Botox. I would not go anywhere else!

I have tried many treatments at Transformations and have absolutely loved each one❤️ My favorite, however is the Ultra Slim! I can go on and on about how it changed my life. I lost 53 lbs and 38 inches❣️ I followed their “cheat sheet” and the results were/are unbelievable!! I recommend Transformations as my 5 star spa! I love Transformations Med Spa and the staff. Every time I have been in the spa it is clean and smells amazing! I have had many procedures at Transformations including laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, Opti Resurfacing, Rejuvapen, dermaplanes and even Ultra Slim! I’d have to say that each appointment was enjoyable and the staff asked for my wants for that procedure. Rejuvapen is my favorite! I have referred MANY friends to Transformations and will continue to do so.

I feel like I should have read the reviews more carefully before going here for eyeliner. It was so painful my eyes were constantly twitching and I wanted to get up and leave (and I say this having multiple tattoos and expecting to it to be uncomfortable). The lady was in such a rush to get me out of there once she actually came in to do it, it honestly probably only took her 15 minutes MAX. Now that its healed its completely uneven. She said she gave me "Classic eyeliner" <<< her own choice because she didn't ask my opinion on what I wanted AT ALL. My top eyeliner is literally not noticeable so i still apply it every day and my bottom liner looks completely different on both sides. One is close to my eye and somewhat subtle. The other is gapped away from my eyelashes and thick.

The staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are clean and pretty. The services are affordable and I feel so much better about myself. Thank you Transformations. My eyeliner is great. And the inches lost from Ultra Slim is amazing.

First of all, when I pay money for a spa service, I expect to be pampered in a atmosphere that is calming, and relaxing. From the time I arrived, I was rushed into the room for my eyeliner with no “good morning” , no “how are you” ,no “this is what we will be doing today” ,etc. She put cream on my eyes, and I promise, in less than 5 minutes was back in drilling on my eyes!!! It hurt terribly and there was no down time! In less than 15 minutes she was done with both eyes!!!! What an experience! It was terrible!!! Then I immediately had to go to lobby for another 15 -20 minutes to fill out forms!!! My appointment was at 11:00 and by 11:30, I was heading home in pain!! I had planned on other treatments, but not from that place!!!

I had my eyeliner done about 4 to 5 years ago in Sulphur Springs. The lady did a great job and I was very happy with the results. I went here to get a retouch and paid for a new eyeliner and I thought I was going to jump out of the chair it was so painful. Now my eyes are healed it's been a few weeks since they where do we and they looked better before I had them retouched. I feel like I wasted my money. Do not go here for eyeliner. I was not happy.

I never got to receive any services of theirs because they kept rescheduling me. The first visit was my consultation to get my eyebrows done. They never gave me a brochure or told me anything about not being able to take a low-dose aspirin the night before. They blamed their receptionist for not informing me and rescheduled the appt. The 2nd time, I showed up for my appointment, after getting a text confirming my appt. the day before. I drove 45 minutes to my appointment, just to be told when I got there that someone's husband was in the hospital and they wouldn't be able to see me. Again, she said the receptionist should have called me. I understand things happen, but there is a severe miscommunication going on here. And if they valued their customers, they would contact them before the appointment. I scheduled elsewhere.

Very happy with my eyeliner result. Highly recommend them. The staff made me feel comfortable. Going back soon for my brows. Can't wait to see the results from that. :)
