Justin King was amazing! Very knowledgeable and welcoming. He really helped me understand the different kind of massages and what would serve me best. I did a 50 minute relaxation massage and it was incredible, wish it was longer! Will be scheduling again soon.

Risa was awesome, as before! The team there is so very accommodating, even changed our appt time last minute for us. It was so relaxing and I'd recommend Risa any time. Love her! Will be back again to see her in a few weeks.

Risa was absolutely amazing; I wasn’t sure if deep tissue was for me, but her hands were such magic it released tension in areas I hadn’t realized.

“New management” no longer honors old gift cards even though the gift card said valid for one year. In my opinion, this is terrible business. Notify customers prior to booking service that gift cards won’t be accepted even though it is the same business under the same name. There are plenty of other places to get a massage or facial in St Pete. Go somewhere else. Edited to add: the new owner’s response is a blatant lie. I have never used the gift card. Unbelievable.

Nice, clean, tranquil and friendly staff. Melody gave me one of the best and thorough deep tissue massages and her skills were fully felt. She is wonderful and had worked on my trigger points and worked out my kinks and muscle tension that released so much pain and pressure I had beforehand. I highly recommend as this was an amazing healing experience 💜 Thank you Melody!!

The service and personal attention that we received was wonderful, and I had one of my best massages ever! My husband felt the same. My only criticism is that the facility could use some updating. But it is very clean.

My husband and I came here to have a couples massage, and we had the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. Our massage therapists were Izzy and Luke. AMAZING. Luke was so great he made sure to get all my knots out of my back, and he reminded me to breathe thru the preasure. we will definitely be back.

The desk receptionist is super sweet and very welcoming! I had a massage with Melody, and she was amazingggg!!! Her hands are literally magical!! ✨✨✨ She helped relieve the knots, pain, and tightness in my upper, mid, and lower spine in just one session. I look forward to my future appointments with her. Today I had my first massage in forever. When I got there it was late in the day. The atmosphere was intimate and calming. It was also very clean. From the moment I walked in the receptionist was so warm and welcoming. I had my massage with Alesanjdra (sorry if I'm spelling your name wrong). She was phenomenal. She TRULY knows her craft. I had a deep tissue massage and it felt AMAZING. I was more than pleased that I'd come to the Tranquility and Wellness Spa. Thank you BOTH for making my first experience one I'll cherish. I look forward to my next visit.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! My card was charged for 430.00 after appointment was cancelled days before. I called to change appointment and was told my appointment was made for a date after we left Florida. Multiple attempts to reach owner was ignored. When I did reach her she stated that she could not find any record of my call. She was nasty and very rude. Did not even try to reach any sort of agreement. NEVER GO THERE!!!!! PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT OWNER IS RECORDING YOU!!!! Owner lied to Capital One stating she reviewed all calls and found none where I called It is AGAINST THE LAW TO RECORD YOU UNLESS NOTIFIED!!! B BUYER BEWARE! PLEASE PLEASE READ THE LOWEST REVIEW TAB!!!! HAPPENED TO ALOT OF PEOPLE!!! DON’T GO HERE!!!! PLEASE READ LOWEST REVIEWS!!! ON TOP OF THAT SHE TOOK MY MONEY BUT DIDN’T PAY HER STAFF!!! Go see Shanice for a massage, she is great! You will leave feeling AH-MAZING! She is very educated in different ailments and how massage can relieve them. I will be back to see her when I’m back in town! Very nice, clean & relaxing spa!

I had an amazing massage with Shanese Robinson @ Tranquility Wellness Spa for a relaxation massage. I added aromatherapy, hot stone & and scalp massage. She is very professional and would ask if the pressure is too soft or too strong, and apply based on your preference. She can be gentle but also strong if needed. Shanese energy is very professionaland so sweet. She is sort of like an empath with some positive Reiki healing energy. She would have a sense of your health issues just by touching you. I definitely will be back in the near future and will be referring family and acquaintances to Shanese.
