Dr. Botha is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! She takes the time to really explain everything she's doing and recommending. I truly feel like I can trust her and I know that she is recommending only the things that are necessary. She is kind and really makes you feel like you're her family. I've been going here for over a year and she has helped me become a better mom by helping guide me along my weight loss journey and worked with me on hormones and understanding my body. Every time I go I learn something new and I'm so thankful for her! I can now happily play with my two daughters and move like I did before I had them! I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Botha, her staff, and Mooi Med Spa! Not to mention how amazing she is - her staff is equally amazing and SO FRIENDLY!!

This office is one of the best. Very relaxing, friendly, and comfortable. Dr Botha always makes me feel very heard and understood as a patient. She thoroughly explains every process and what would be best for me. The staff is always so sweet , welcoming and makes everything easy.

I came here for laser services, and I was very nervous at first. Dr. Botha and all of her staff were extremely helpful and made every effort to put me at ease. This is a personal, comfortable experience. I am so glad I came here. I am a dark-skinned male with very coarse hair and they had all the equipment and experience to give me fantastic results. Highly recommended, especially if you're apprehensive about laser in general like I was. This is the place you want to come to.

Absolutely love and recommend Mooi and Dr. Botha. I went through several surgeries over a 19 month period which lead me to needing HRT. I went to several doctors and all turned me away stating I was too high risk. Dr. Botha was recommend and I went into my consultation thinking she will turn me away also. She didn't! Her approach to health is so different and exactly what my body needed. She has personalized a treatment plan specifically for me. She has also helped me direct my endocrinologist with recommendations that are not the norm in standardized healthcare. I can't thank Dr. Botha and her staff enough. Every visit is comfortable, they treat me with care and are always available if I have questions.

Dr. Botha is not only an absolutely wonderful person, her expertise about the services offered is beyond outstanding and she explains in detail for a deeper understanding of the topic at hand. Everyone who has ever met Dr. Botha loves her and I am very grateful to have had her as a doctor for what may be decades now. Cee Ann was wonderful and Amanda (who I adore) is always so kind, helpful and supportive when needing a question answered. Dr Tracey Botha and all of the ladies at Mooi Medical Spa are so welcoming, making you feel comfortable no matter what the reason is for your visit. They greet you with a smile and set you at ease...no stuffy, sterile "officey" vibes. Being not only in the medical field for half a lifetime, but in woman's health, has made her extremely knowledgeable when it comes to the services she provides. I love that she can assess what your skin needs and explain the strategies needed to get it there. I'm looking forward to scheduling a few things for myself very soon!

When my mom was visiting from Hawaii, an unscheduled appointment needed to be made, and the spa gladly fit her in. This business is 5 star quality for several reasons. Not only is the staff friendly, professional, and courteous, but Dr. Botha is the best in town with her services, furthermore, the office is warm, inviting, and designed so nicely. This was my first time coming to Mooi and I loved it! I was getting a massage in the building behind and saw the pretty neon lip sign and instantly looked this place up. It was easy to book and get an appointment in and they made it convenient around my schedule. The prices aren’t bad and are reasonable. She made her building so cute and inviting and the people that work there are all so sweet and never had one bad interaction. Dr. Tracey Botha is a sweet and bubbly person and it made my appointment go by so much easier because I was nervous about trying someone new. Love the vibes and the aesthetic of this beautiful place 10/10 would recommend.

Heard amazing things about Tracey and her staff at Mooi medical spa. I traveled from Texas to see her and I’m hooked . She went above and beyond . I felt so relaxed and comfortable. I did a lower face and neck skin tightening and a laser treatment around my lips . My recovery has been so easy and it was painless (considering everything she did , I’m a little shocked that it didn’t hurt ) I will be going back to visit her again in the future. I’d highly recommended Mooi med spa .

I received BioT hormone replacement therapy. Dr. Botha is extremely well educated in science and medicine. She understands safe hormone replacement as well how the body systems work and what vitamins, hormones, therapies etc. are needed to help your body function at its best.
