Had an awesome experience!! Was passing through Nashville for the weekend and needed some impromptu Botox (ON A SUNDAY) for a last minute photoshoot and they were very accommodating! Super sweet and informative! And this was probably the only Botox injections I’ve ever had that have never hurt! Ahhh-mazing! Highly recommend this spa! Will definitely revisit if I’m ever in the area again.

Today was my first time having anything injected in my face and needless to say I was terrified. Kaley has such a lovely bedside manner and made me feel more comfortable than I could have imagined. The consultation was thoughtful and informative, and the pricing was transparent and honest. I tend to obsess over researching the 'best of the best' and today proved that I have found the best. I never felt as though I was being pushed in to more units than I needed. Kaley was receptive to my approach and really took the time to analyze my face and what I specifically would benefit from. Toxxology is far from an 'in-and-out' spa. I look forward to having a relationship with this business for years to come. Great space, great attitudes and a warm, welcoming environment. I have visited 3 times for prp micro needling and all I can say is WOW. My face has never looked better. They walked me through the process and were so great to work with. I felt so taken care of! I also Love their holistic approach. Highly recommend!

I went to these ladies for Botox and I had a really good experience. They asked me if I had any skincare questions and were very informative about anti aging and skincare routine advice. They were really helpful and easy to talk to. They also helped me sign up to a points reward program that allowed me to save a ton for my first appointment and earn more points for future appointments! I definitely appreciate them and what they do! I highly recommend them to those looking for Botox in the Nashville area! I’d definitely go back!

They are personable, authentic and create meaningful relationships with each of their clients. Jess and Kaley are absolutely incredible. I worked with them to surprise my Fiancé for her birthday and they were super accommodating at every turn. At 38 I knew it was time to look into botox. My biggest worry was not looking natural. I looked into many places and when I read about Skintoxx I knew I found where I wanted my first experience to be. I went a week ago to do my crows feet. After day 1 I started to notice the results and quickly booked another appointment for a week later to treat another area. I am so pleased with my results so far.
