All the stylists here are incredibly knowledgeable and talented. Take your pick! Whitney will do you right with color every time and Jules is my haircut guru. I'm not a curly girl but if you are, do yourself a favor: she is the master. Inclusive, calm, inviting atmosphere.

Emmi has been my stylist for years and I couldn't be happier!! Not only is she the sweetest person you'll ever meet, she cares so much that you're happy and always goes above and beyond! She is so talented and my hair always looks amazing. I also got a massage for the first time with Diane and it was INCREDIBLE! She takes time to understand and focus on stress areas and I walked out of there feeling like a million bucks. I love Tova!!

I had an appointment with Whitney and she is amazing. For the 1st time in years I finally have a haircut that I absolutely love and that fits my personality. She also fixed my hair color that a previous salon in East Grand Rapids totally messed up. Whitney seems to really understand her clients wants and needs. She takes the time to get to know you and discuss your needs prior to performing the work. Whitney also has a great uplifting personality and you can tell she loves what she does. Already booked my next appointment with her. It was one of the best experiences I have had in a Salon in a very long time.

I loved my experience here. Sherri was my stylist and she answered all of my questions and was so patient with me. She gave me some great advice about how to best manage my hair and what styles would look best with my hair type and my face. I have never been happier with service from a salon than I was here. I would highly recommend this salon!

I honestly don’t know how to begin. This was my first time going to this salon and I’ve never been happier with how my hair turned out. I made a last minute appointment with Whitney and let me tell you this lady is a DREAM worker. I find if very difficult to try new hair stylists, so many times in the past I have left disappointed and upset with the results from other salons.This was not the case at this salon. Whitney did a fantastic job! She let me know roughly what the cost would be before we started to make sure I still wanted to move forward. Then she let me know exactly how she was going to proceed with the hair process. She always made sure to to keep me updated on what we were currently doing and what the next steps where. She did amazing small highlights ( no big bulky streaks!) I am naturally a brunette. I had blond highlights put in it was blended so beautiful. When it came time to the hair cut she recommended where she thought it should be cut, but checked with me before cutting it to make sure I agreed with the length. She did the same with my bangs, I wanted them slightly longer then she recommended because my hair is curly and she cut them perfectly where I asked. She can do awesome curtain bangs! She is bubbly, personable and overall very friendly. I’ve never had a better experience at a salon, 10/10 would recommend. This was a great experience with a an amazing stylists. I am so happy I found a new salon!

Emmi listens and provides trusted advice to help me know what's working with my hair and how to achieve the best styling at home. My time in the TOVA chair with Whitney Ketelaar is always fun and relaxing! Whitney is terrific at keeping my ultra cool blonde hair highlights soft and healthy. She is always willing to listen to my needs and even suggests some new product ideas without being pushy. The salon is so pretty and it is newly remodeled. It is always a great experience! Go book with Whitney, you won't regret it!
