I very rarely leave reviews unless it is exceptional service or poor. Unfortunately the massage received was poor. The therapist did not have short nails and left scratch marks on my back and didn’t listen to the problem areas I wanted worked on. She didn’t even hit a single knot to try and work out (which I have numerous). Additionally she didn’t give me the entire time that I paid for. There were about 30 minutes in total she was out of the room. I have had numerous massages and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. My wife also had a massage at the same time. Hers was better, but the therapist didn’t hit any of her knots either. All in all it was an utter waste of $370. Again, all my opinion…. But I’ve never had a massage therapist with long nails and have NEVER left a massage with scratches on my back, and shoulders.
