Yinz need to update your website unless you want to be accountable for this : “ all of our sunbeds feature the finest state of the art technology In the industry.” How are you going to downgrade your beds? ••They get rid of perfectly good beds so you have to lay in a coffin from the 90’s- not cool.

$65 for one 12 min tan and one packet of lotion (that turned my hands orange despite wiping it off prior to my session). Crazy! But my other option was $140/ monthly membership where my friends only pay 50% - ummmmm let’s go with no thanks Total tan. Staff was nice. … could’ve bought me a drink first though. GEEz!

I love the big lake facility but there is one suggestion I have, please post when store is closed due to holidays! I drove 10 miles on Sunday only to find the store closed. I apply my lotion at home to be more efficient to be in and out so it was a waste to find store closed at 4pm.

I love this location so much! The staff is so fun and helpful!! I love that they greet me by my name!always big smiles and asking how I am!! They always have super helpful info when it comes to the product and the beds! I have noticed a huge difference in my skin and I am loving it!

$10 charge for facility has me bummed! They say it will be a yearly thing now. I liked the place and was even okay with the new year price increase but this is just sad.

I've been tanning forever and Totally Tan has been the greatest of all the places I have gone. I swear by them. I travel all around the twin cities and northern suburbs and with my account I can go to any of them! It's the strength of the beds and the CLEANLINESS that is so important and Totally Tan never disappoints me!

I’ve had a membership on and off with Totally Tan for years, at many locations. I went in tonight to reactivate my account and they lost my lotions! The employee told me that the computer showed that I have a lotion there, even something as specific as “in the back bin” but she wasn’t able to find it. I then asked if there was any type of discount on a replacement bottle because they lost my lotion and the answer was no. Stuff happens and that’s okay, but the way this was handled when it was clearly the salons fault was terrible.

Clean, stylish salon. They change the bulbs often and the staff is very knowledgeable. They also have a lot of coupons and specials.
